Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Thrissur

Minsaf and his team were always available for any queries we had and helped to make our stay comfortable. Convenient location on the way to the airport, not too far from the main city area either. The place was kept clean and stocked with essential supplies. Would definitely visit the place again.

Highly recommended. Rooms are well maintained. Kitchen and the cooking amenities can be a little better, that is the only suggestion. Apart from that the stay was just amazing.

This is a beautiful cozy and peaceful place, there is also an incredible terrace with a view over the landscape. The house is 100% clean, comfortable and calm. Highly recommended as a stop to have some relax between all your Indian adventures;) as we came here- we understood, how important this was for us. Vismaya and the whole family are SO friendly, open, caring. They saluted us with fresh coconuts:), teached us cooking Ayurvedic dishes, organised many sightseeing trips around. We are very grateful. The stay was awesome, The place was perfect, The host - too good!! Anyone who wants to stay in Kochi and move around in the city, this place in Kakkanad is just ideal and nice for short and long stay. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The kitchen has all the required utensils for a family that is looking to eat home cooked meals. The bathrooms are neat and spotless. One of the best places we as a family have stayed. The place is really good! We truly felt at home. The place is very clean, well organised, and welll designed too! Mr. Sabiq was a fantastic host, very responsive and flexible. The place is very close to airport-4mins drive to airport, but cant hear any airplane noise. The house was well prepared, loaded with necessary anemities and more. We highly recommend the place. We would surely rebook it again and again.

I have staying in different Kochi homestays on and off from last one year, this is the best in Kochi if you are looking for a pleasent worry free experience.

The place was really easy to find since it is on walkable distance from the metro station. The rooms were clean and Susmy was very humble and a lovely person. property was great and had good vibes so it made all together a beautiful stay. thankyou for hosting us Susmy :)

Great place to stay at the heart of the city. Easy access to locations and transportation. The apartment was just as described. The owner/facilitator was extremely helpful and responsive. They also have frequent cleaning service but make sure to ask for it if not provided (we weren't aware of it until the last few days of checkout). One recommendation will be to add a microwave to the listing.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue.
