This place was perfect for our little family! It was the perfect getaway from the city life. We absolutely loved that if we opened our windows we could hear the rushing river and birds singing it was very serene. Exactly what we were looking for. The place was tidy and well kept, we felt just at home. My 6 years old did not want to leave she really enjoyed the place ! We will definitely be back for my daughter’s birthday as this was her request that we come back ! Thank you so much to Ladan for being a super host ! Very responsive

Perfect little house with a nice outside even if we didn’t really enjoy because of the hot weather Inside very clean except maybe the kitchen, the prior host left dirty dishes in the cabinet. Location is close to sequoia NP so perfect place. We recommend this place.

What a fantastic place! Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Running P Ranch. The guest house was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The living room and bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We loved the many outdoor areas to unwind and dine. After a day of hiking, the spa tub was the perfect way to relax. We truly wish we could’ve stayed longer! Running P Ranch was a great base for exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. It's about a 45-minute drive to the Foothills Visitor Center, and another 45 minutes inside the park to reach key sights—so plan accordingly for the drive if visiting multiple days. A grocery store less than 10 minutes away made shopping easy. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Staying here was a highlight of our family vacation!

Our stay with Sequoia Vacation Rentals was stellar. The home was clean and convenient to town. In addition, Sheila provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this home if you are visiting Sequoia National Park!

Beautiful Secluded Cottage, 4 miles from park

Nestled between rocks and trees, this cozy, modern cottage will make your stay unforgettable. Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located on a private road. Relax on the patio after a day in the park, or settle on the couch to watch your favorite show on the smart tv. We offer good wifi and a desk for those of you needing to work. The bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed.

If you are seeking a well designed and outfitted home base for your couple’s retreat then Redtail Cottage should not be missed. It is a “Guest Favorite” with five star reviews given by every guest since it first listed in 2018. The setting is leafy and beautiful, close to the village shopping but remote and just a few miles up the road from Sequoia National Park. A private Tesla series 2 charger is right at the Cottage and I have a TeslaTap adaptor for universal charging needs.

It will take 12 minutes to drive to the Park Entrance. Along the way you will pass through the quaint town of Three Rivers to see everything we have to offer. It is a great time of year for visiting Sequoia Park. An EVC is located on the premises for an additional fee.

Great stay on the final leg of our trip to Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia. Three Rivers was a great intermediate place between Sequoia and the Fresno airport. The cottage was wonderful, clean, and had everything we needed. Debra sent great directions, which made it very easy to find. Great overnight stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our 18 month old during our trip to sequoia national park. We were greeted with some home-made cookies and a beautiful, clean, and well organized home. We really enjoyed the location close to the park and tucked away up a private road. Only minor thing is we didn’t have a lot of backyard space to explore the wilderness around the home. That would have been great but posting in accurate in description of house size so we knew that from the get go.
