Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Three Rivers

Everything was great.

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

This is our third time renting this place..easy and convenient to all the areas in downtown. It is perfect for 2 or 3 people. We feel perfectly secure and safe here and Ursula and team are easy to work with. Self checkin/out is a plus! It is about a 3 minute drive to Hwy 198 from the Airbnb.

Place was great. Good local easy communication. Small odds and ends need some tlc but I am known to have high expectations. Thanks again for the stay.

Solid option at affordable price point.

I had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean and cozy, and it was great to have a washer and dryer hookup available — definitely a plus for longer stays. The host has a clear system of rules to follow before checkout, such as separating towels from sheets and blankets. It's simple enough, but good to know ahead of time so you’re not surprised. The entry is via a door code, which is convenient, but if you're forgetful, just make sure you save the code somewhere accessible — there's no key backup. One thing to be aware of is that the parking fills up quickly, so if you’re arriving late or have multiple vehicles, it might be a bit of a squeeze. Overall, it’s a well-equipped place and I’d stay again, especially for the laundry convenience and comfortable setup.

Dorinda’s place is really comfortable, my stay was cozy especially after a long day at work. I would definitely recommend this place .

Stayed here while visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Had all the essentials and plenty of space for the 2 of us. Matched what we expected from the listing.

Lis was a great host and the sunset cottage is lovely. She proactively communicated before our stay, sent clear check-in instructions and also checked in mid-stay to see if we needed anything. The cottage is in the perfect location, as it’s under 10 minutes to get to the national park entrance and also close to the town’s restaurants, shops, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and Lis has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. We will recommend Lis’ cottage to friends/family visiting the Sequoia area in the future.

Bree was very responsive and communicated with us during our stay. If I had a question, she responded quickly. The process was very easy. The house was great and very much suited our needs for the weekend.

What a wonderful place to relax and reconnect with nature! Fantastic views including regular visits from bunnies, squirrels, quails, a wild turkey and several species of other birds. Extremely well stocked home with tons of comfortable places to sit back and enjoy. Thank you Fred and Maria! P.S. Really appreciate the filling up of the bird feeder with plenty of food and the bird bath where I enjoyed a squirrel drinking for a good long while! 🐿️

What a fabulous home in a breathtaking setting, just minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. The beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of space for the five of us. The large kitchen island was fully stocked with everything we needed — there was even a charcoal grill right in the kitchen! The record player & record collection was also a nice touch! The outdoor space was just as beautiful as the inside, with dramatic views that made the outdoors feel extra special. I don’t think we’ve ever been more impressed by an Airbnb. If you’re looking for somewhere truly memorable near Sequoia, this is it. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay! The wildlife was incredible all around the cabin, we loved watching all the animals with our morning coffee. Friendly hosts who greeted us in person as we arrived. The perfect place to stay if you’re heading into the park, we’d stop off in three rivers in the morning to grab coffee and a sub before heading into the park for the day. Plenty of restaurants around for evening meals too. Would recommend!!

Great location which was both private yet walkable to key locations in Three Rivers. Lis provided recommendations for local spots to eat for dinner. We appreciated a kitchen stocked with the basics such as coffee but also some fun additional snacks, spices and even sandwich bags which were helpful for our hikes. There's multiple outside areas to relax along with lights and citronella candles to keep bug free. Due to the heatwave we stayed inside and enjoyed the cool AC.

Absolutely amazing stay! This place was perfect—just minutes from the park entrance, with fantastic amenities and a host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Staci's home in Lemon Cove, just down the road from Sequoia National Park, is on a private road tucked in among the beautiful California hills. A few cows and horses from the ranch down the road were our nearest neighbors. The home was fully appointed, the beds very comfortable, and the ceiling fans and AC kept the temperature just right. Our quiet breakfasts at the picnic table outside, listening to the canyon wrens and acorn woodpeckers, were the best part of our days while exploring the area.

Great little condo. Perfect spot to be able to sleep over and prepare food at home. Way better than a hotel room.

Joshua is a great host. He’s very responsive. The place was everything and more. Very private. You have your own entrance. Plenty of parking and in a very safe neighborhood!!! I would definitely stay again.

Loved this place a lot! Very cozy and charming home. Very clean. Great location. Very quiet and love the sound of the birds in the morning. Will definitely be back!
