Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Thousand Palms

This was our 4th visit to Legacy Villas and we were once again, not disappointed. Our listing was exactly as we expected and we were very happy about the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. We love staying here and the service of CA Vacation Villas. We're definitely coming back!

Ryan’s place was awesome. Backyard was on the 17th hole of a golf course. Very nice neighborhood with grocery stores and places to eat very close. Perfect for people attending festivals, shuttles a block away from the community. Ryan was perfectly responsive whenever I had any questions and he had also reached out a few times on are 4 day trip to see how we were doing. Pools and jacuzzi in the facility were nice and the gym at the country club was perfect, rode Ryan’s super cool golf cart right on over. Will more then likely be booking here again for are next festival! Thanks again bud!

Je pense que c’est le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel j’ai séjourné ! Tout était vraiment parfait, le logement est bien décoré, le lit est très confortable, tout a été refait récemment ! Il y a aussi le patio qui est super pour déjeuner quand il ne fait pas trop chaud. La climatisation et le ventilateur de la chambre ont été très utiles pour les très chaudes journées de Palm springs. La résidence est très agréable, au calme absolu avec une grande piscine. J’aimerais revenir dans ce Airbnb !

Was a wonderful little home with a great backyard. Perfect distance from our shuttle stop for the festival, would definitely stay again!

Christy’s place was perfect. As soon as we walked in we noticed it smelled great & how beautifully decorated it was. Amenities are great. Comfy bed, Smart TVs, snacks, candy, towels, pool accessories and they even have a hair diffuser for us curly haired girls. Bonus: this was my first Airbnb that had actual spices other than salt to cook!!!! The property is great. Quiet. Calm. Pool & jacuzzi right outside the patio. We didn’t want to leave. Christy was a great host and easy to communicate with. Look forward to staying here again soon.

Mary Jane was a great host and was very responsive throughout the whole process. She even offered us one of her nicer units at the same price when our group and another group booked at the same time, but we liked the location of this one much better. It was right next to a shuttle stop for Stagecoach which was very convenient. The place was very clean, updated and was bigger than we expected. Mary even accommodated us checking in a few hours early since we got into town earlier than the normal check in time. Would definitely recommend!

Nick’s place was clean, comfortable, had a wonderful view on the patio of the golf course. It has a microwave too. He was very responsive and helpful! Location was super convenient for Coachella as well.

Neal was a great host and was flexible for us to do early checkin and late checkout, which was very much appreciated. 🙏 He was very responsive and the place is great (renovated with modern furniture) for a desert getaway or our first legendary Coachella experience. Would fully recommend it.

Wife and I had a much needed relaxing weekend at Britta’s condo. Britta was an amazing host & can’t wait to return in the near future.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Palm Springs! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the care and intention that went into the space. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly modern, and so well-kept. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this one really stood out. You can tell the hosts truly care, every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the decor to the layout, and everything just felt fresh, airy, and welcoming. It was the kind of place where you walk in and immediately say, “Wow, this is even better than the photos!” The vibe was equal parts relaxing and stylish...the perfect mix for a Palm Springs getaway. We found ourselves wanting to spend more time at the house than we originally planned, just because it was that lovely. Whether we were lounging around, cooking meals, or just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will DEF be back.

We had just a 2 night stay, and it was perfect. We were attending a local wedding so we didn’t spend too much time in the room. Space wise it is comparable to a hotel room, which was as advertised. Host ended up being flexible on arrival time which was greatly appreciated bc we got into town early. The Pool at place was wonderful (we appreciated the beach towels in the room very much!) and the location was a short walk to La Quinta resort for shopping and dining. Overall, great place if looking for a hotel type place with pool and in a beautiful setting. And the price was right! We would definitely stay again!

This was my first time visiting Palm Springs and my stay could not have been better. This unit added so much fun, mid-century charm to my experience with beautiful design and amenities. The little details, like the record player, tiki cup collection, and antique furnishings give this unit a vibe that immediately puts you in a vacation mindset. The building was quiet and peaceful, making for a great respite from adventures downtown. I also appreciated that the location is a bit more off the beaten path, but still walkable to some incredible coffee shops and restaurants. Plus, getting to downtown is a breeze with Ubers/Lyfts taking less than 15 minutes. The cherry on top is the building's pool. It feels like you're lounging on a movie set straight out of the 1950's. We went multiple times a day throughout our trip to swim, sunbathe, and relax. We really appreciated that it wasn't a crowded party area, but rather a peaceful place to lounge. Can't recommend this unit enough!

We loved staying in this fabulous condo at the iconic Ocotillo Lodge, designed by famed midcentury modern architect William Krisel. Although the once spectacular public rooms at the Lodge are now shuttered, the grounds have been beautifully restored with cactus and succulents, and the large landmark champagne-cork shaped pool is beautifully maintained, serenaded (quietly) through the day with delightful recordings of classic Great American Songbook music of the 50's. The Brite Spot condo itself has been wonderfully decorated with handsome vintage furniture and lighting, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful terrazzo tile floors, and boasts a lovely little courtyard with a great old olive tree that throughout the day hosts various singing desert birds. The Lodge no longer has a working bar or restaurant, but coffee, cocktails, great food, and the sights and attractions of Palm Springs - including Krisel's justly famed Twin Palms community - are all just minutes away.

Sally was very gracious, hospitable, and accommodating throughout the entire process from booking to check out. She was very responsive and helpful any time we had questions. The place was PERFECT for our weekend at Stagecoach. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was a guidebook in almost every room to help us navigate the space. Would highly recommend this stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for Coachella weekend. The hosts were quick to respond and check-in was seamless. Vanessa provided a recommendation for rides to/from the festival that we used each day. The place was super clean and kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was a must for tired feet each day. Overall, I highly recommend this home & would stay here again!

This was the perfect stay for my family for our memorial day vacation! The place was very spacious, clean and the amenities were fantastic. Amanda, our host was very communicative and friendly throughout our stay. The space was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described—if not better! It had all the comforts of home with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The house is just as good as it looks in the pictures. All of the amenities are great, but the best parts are the little touches from Skip and Monica that make you feel right at home. Easily some of the best hosts we’ve come across. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was awesome! Beautiful looking rooms, kitchen and living room area. The pool was just perfect for our family gathering. The hosts were great and very responsive. Quick replies and very helpful. I will definitely be planning on staying here again soon.

The place was as described in the listing. Natalie is a great host, helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our vacation in Indio. The pool is not big, but it’s enough for a family vacation. We especially enjoyed the shallow part with the umbrella where the little one could sit and play. The property provides a high chair, pool toys, board games. The kitchen is well equipped and comfortable. Recommend for family with children.

We loved staying here! The home itself is beautiful and the amenities are great. Loved the cowboy pool (perfect for our 4 year old), sauna and chiminea. Beds are super comfy and the living space was very functional. We stayed as a family but I could see it being the perfect spot for a couples trip. The neighborhood itself is nothing to write home about but the house feels so secluded and peaceful enough that it really doesn't matter. Location wise, if we were planning to spend multiple days in the park, I may have preferred a spot in Joshua Tree, but for one day of hiking, the extra drive time was no big deal. And we did love how close it was to Pioneertown. Overall awesome stay and would definitely recommend!
