Apartment holiday rentals in Thousand Palms

This place is really spacious, and the furniture is super comfortable. I have bad back issues so I have to bring a memory foam topper for mattresses (unless the mattress itself is memory foam), but my husband slept really well on both beds without any extra padding. I would recommend this place to friends for sure.

It was the perfect place to enjoy Mother’s Day weekend. Beautiful and peaceful. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! We look forward to visiting soon!

Selcuk and Melody were so responsive and helpful throughout the entire duration of my stay! Selcuk was accommodating and welcoming, and very communicative. I did go over the bathtub because it wasn't quite spotless, but the rest of the home was clean and orderly. The outdoor patio space was perfect for sitting with my tea and journaling, and the couch in the living room was super comfy! I had some issues with the lock, but both hosts went above and beyond to assist. I would 10000% stay here again. Thank you!!

I loved the location. Close to downtown, grocery, coffee and restaurants. Plenty of room for guests to visit, and very private secure area. Michael was always quick to respond to my questions.

Just as described and perfect for a quick getaway. Super clean and easily accessible. There’s not much to do in the area so make sure you plan for that. View from the room was beautiful. Great apartment, comfortable and clean, with a shared hot tub and pool. Perfect for a few days of relaxation, though it just lacks a washing machine. As a European, I can’t really judge the location because Palm Springs all looks the same to me. that said, it’s a fun place and the desert climate is definitely something to experience. Responsive and knowledgeable host.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! It’s very apparent how much care and thought was put into the listing + ensuring every detail was perfectly executed. The condo was pristine with anything extra you could ever need (extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen with coffee, a little box with anything that you may have forgotten such as Advil or toothpaste). The view was spectacular, the condo felt safe and secure and the pool was lovely. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and close enough that you could walk or bike downtown. Peter was a wonderful host and provided easy step by step instructions for accessing the space. I was sad when my 7 day trip came to an end. I will definitely be back!

Chez Soleil was very accommodating to me . I only had a minor issue and they fixed it right away. Always there, always ready to communicate. The beds and linens are soooo good. Nice clean space and beautifully decorated too!! It's a WINNER

Susan’s place in the Palm Springs area was a fantastic haven for our week-long stay. The spacious village offered a room, living areas, ample storage, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wonderful view of the resort’s interiors. The resort provided a plethora of daily activities, and I received daily notifications about them. The location was simply ideal, conveniently situated near various desert cities like Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Indio, Indian Wells, etc. Susan’s exceptional communication ensured a seamless check-in process. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely stay here in a future visit to the area.

Shelly and Jeffrey have a beautiful and well thought out home for you to stay with everything you could possibly need during your trip. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Directions were super easy to follow. The living spaces were nicely decorated and give their home so much charm and character. This was perfect for me and my boyfriend during our weekend trip to Coachella and we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way ! I have nothing but great things to say about our experience thanks to Shelly and Jeffrey. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home and we hope one day we can stay here again on our next trip to the desert!

This was our third time staying at the Legacy Villas in La Quinta. By far this is one of the better units/layout we stayed at in this complex. The unit is in a great location with nice views of the mountains and close to the main pool but not too close to hear the pool or the foot traffic to the pool. The unit has everything you need. The communication from Allie/Nino leading up to the stay was on point and left no questions needed. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here and loved our experience! We were able to book tennis court reservations without any difficulty getting court time. The resort will even set up match play for you in the mornings! Although most folks at the resort are older, it was a peaceful and enjoyable getaway for my husband and I, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We were a quick walk to good food, coffee, and shops, and the best restaurant in town (Spencer’s) is right on site! The unit was even better than the photos, and although the resort itself is a bit weathered, it still had great character and feel. Would definitely stay again!

It truly worked out better than we could have imagined, and we were pleasantly surprised by everything the new place offered. We understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but it’s how someone handles those moments that really makes the difference. Shane went above and beyond, and we’re genuinely grateful for the care and communication he provided. Highly recommend booking with Shane—his service, integrity, and dedication to making things right made our stay extra special. Went above and beyond our expectations.

David is a wonderful host! I am a repeat guest and David has been so great to book through and communicate with. The place is exactly as described, clean, good location, nice amenities (multiple pools and great activities for kids), and easy check in and out. Great perk having access to two pools that were kept clean! The apartment was private and quiet. Enjoyed the location being close to downtown without all the traffic.
