There is room for 4 people - plus any extra bedding on a good sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen contains a stove/oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a cooking pot-and of course, miscellaneous utensils and dishes. Access to washing machine/dryer can be arranged in the basement of the house. Entrance through the house's entrance, but in addition, it is a separate apartment.
