Such an amazing stay, the host was really friendly and the facilities were in pristine condition and as per listed.

Large house with easy access to the highway and technopark area. Good greenery around the house and house felt very cool for the humid climate probably due to the trees around. Host Vinod and his father (who stays nearby) are always reachable and quickly respond to requests. On Google maps, use 'Infinity car clinic' as the landmark.

Before check-in itself, Saranya has initiated to contact me and guided the route very well. She has understood our requirements specific for our personal function, and proactively suggested to retain some rooms for additional time with a nominal charge. It was a great chance for a get-together with no surprises. Excellent!!!

I booked this place for my brother’s wedding guests, and it was the perfect choice! The location is super convenient, right on the main roadside, making it easy for everyone to find. The house itself is clean, neat, and has a cozy, homely feel. It was an ideal spot for our group to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place. Will definitely consider staying here again!

If you are a group of 5 to 10 this house is the best place for vacation, superpeace full, no crowd at all. the beach is only 20 steps away, you can have some quality evenings with your group. caretaker was polite and helpfull.

JayPrakash was a great host. He personally takes care of property. He ensured that our luggage was transferred from cab to the home and vice-versa.. The tasty complimentary breakfast was cooked and made available on time He proactively adviced us on Do's and Don'ts. Any item we needed was procured as per plan. All in all- It was a memorable stay with all points ticked

William's place is a great find! My friends and I loved everything about this place! The location and amenities were top, and the staff made our visit to Varkala all the more wonderful!

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Lakeview. We were four people living in the house for four weeks and we absolutely loved it! The house is located in the jungle, surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. We loved waking up and going to sleep to nature and animal sounds, and the feeling of how remote yet close to everything it felt. You will need to have a scooter, car, or rickshaw to get around as the house is located a bit inland, yet still close to Kovalam beach and supermarkets (10 mins drive). The host and the people who took care of the house while we were there were absolutely amazing, helping us out with all our needs and making us feel at home. The house and the location are even more beautiful than in the pictures, everything was super clean and we especially loved the terrace on the top floor and the pool area outside. I can't recommend this place enough and we can't wait to go back!

This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

The feel at stay actually was much better than what we expected. Maintenance of the property was excellent and thanks to uncle for briefing us and guiding us for local visits. If uou are planning to go on vacation for 8-10 members this is something which is highly recommended. In the evening the villa lights and feel looks amazing.. one of the best stays on our south India trip of 10 days...

Shaji Alfred was incredibly attentive and ensured everything was perfect throughout my stay. Supervisor Greeshma’s professionalism and friendliness added a lovely personal touch to the experience. Chef Reji delighted me with delicious, perfectly prepared meals – truly a highlight of my stay. Lokendra, who assisted with my luggage, was so courteous and helpful, making sure everything was handled smoothly. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Waking up to the breathtaking beach view and spending time by the pool were absolute highlights.Stay was enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone

We based ourselves at Mary Land for 5 weeks and loved every minute. From the tasty authentic breakfasts to sitting on the terrace chatting to the family and other guests. The property we stayed in is lovely and provided us with plenty of space. The surrounding area was just what we were looking for, restaurants and beaches within walking distance and easy to get to the city when required. We were made welcome wherever we went. The family are fantastic and we really feel that they enjoy having guests. You do hear the church but after a while it is just a noise you get used to. We had the best time.
