The property is located in a quiet location directly on the Kieferbach and is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Hechtsee, a large swimming lake. It is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and much more. The 3-room apartment has a large west balcony with mountain views that invites you to relax. An underground parking space and bicycle parking are also provided.

There is running water and hot water available. There is electricity on the cottage, which is generated and stored by a PV system. (Here, the existing energy must be used sparingly) Those looking for an adventurous and nature-oriented accommodation will have their pleasure here.
