Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Nina’s house was perfect for our trip. We rented a car and it was the perfect base to explore the island. Nina was so helpful whenever I had any questions and I felt really well looked after. The island feels super safe and the property is really secluded so it is very peaceful. All round great for a trip where you want to have a place to chill out with the option to pop out and see the island conveniently. Its proximity to Skopelos Town was a real win!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! Kostas was an exceptional host—warmhearted, kind, and incredibly welcoming. He greeted our fairly large group of 22 people, including 10 children aged 2 to 12, with genuine hospitality. The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—at no point did we feel we were lacking anything. It was impeccably clean, and every detail in the interior felt carefully chosen, with a lovely respect for tradition. We especially appreciated the attentive hosting, the stunning terrace and garden, and the direct access to a charming little beach a few steps away. Overall, it was a wonderful, home-like experience in a very child-friendly setting and magnificent landscape. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time in Portaria at Katerina and Emilios's beautiful home. They were such gracious hosts, and made us feel welcome immediately. The view from the house is breathtaking - really one-of-a-kind. The house itself is extremely charming. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen had so many small touches, like walnuts/fruits/milk that made us feel welcome. An incredible place to come back to after touring the Pelion region during the days. Highly recommend!

The house is very thoughtful, newly built, very clean, in a great location, with perfect views and quiet. It is ideal for relaxing holidays and a base for exploring Pelion. Everything was great!

Warm, helpful, and genuinely kind—Greek hospitality at its finest. You don’t just stay here; you feel cared for. We left with smiles, full hearts, and unforgettable memories. Our two families had a perfect stay! We especially enjoyed the pool and sitting area very much. Were greeted on arrival and everything explained perfectly together with local tips. If we had a question the host was always there for us. Explored the surrounding area, local village festival and also had some nice dinner experiences not far from the village. The house was just perfect and very roomy, air conditioned and so clean! Would love to go again soon!

Delightful accommodation as advertised. My partner and I had a wonderful week there. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the countryside and the chora of Skopelos. Getting to the city may not be very comfortable on foot, but for those with their own vehicle it is perfect. Hara is a very sweet person and was very kind, she and her husband offered to pick us up at the port on arrival and were flexible on check-out time. Cooking at home is possible, but perhaps a little difficult because the kitchen is not very equipped for a real meal, but it is fine for breakfast.

Yani & Effie are great and helpful, the rooms are perfect as seen in the photos, comfortable and they keep it super clean. We enjoyed this private place near vineyards a lot. Quite easy to access to nearby beaches by driving. There is nothing around to disrupt your comfort. Also the sky is great to watch at nights, so many stars 🌟 Absolutely recommended 👍🏼

We absolutely loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is stunning with views over the mountains, the outdoor space is beautiful with an outdoor kitchen area that we really enjoyed. Inside every detail was thought about to make our stay a real home from home. We will be coming back again for sure! Cherry was so friendly and helpful with local advice and arranging things for us and checking on the ferry status. All just wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four at Despina’s villa. We initially had trouble finding it, as the gps decided to stop working, but on calling, Despina came out and collected us from the local supermarket and we followed her to the villa. I think the villa is even better than described! It is immaculately clean and tidy. Everything is thought of and available to you from condiments to beauty products and an abundance of clean towels, pool towels, bedding etc. Our host dropped by twice during our week there with treats for us and our two young girls which were greatly received- thank you! The outdoor space is beautiful too. Enough loungers and chairs for everyone, a bbq, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower along with washing machine and dryer. I can honestly say we didn’t want for anything where the villa was concerned- it’s all catered for! We had a wonderful stay and have already recommended Despina’s place to family and friends! Thank you for a great week!

We spent a week in this beautiful place and we really had a hard time saying goodbye. It was by far the most beautiful vacation I've ever had. The accommodation is built on a quiet hill with a dreamlike view. Yiannis and Sofia were extremely nice and supplied us with eggs and fresh fruit and vegetables from our own garden every day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and allows you to cook with Greek olive oil and herbs. The stay really left nothing to be desired and the value for money is great! An absolute recommendation for everyone who wants a detox from the stressful everyday life and wants to take a break in nature! Thanks for this unforgettable week and see you soon!

the cottage is perfect escape from hectic city life. it is located in the end of village and there is so peaceful and quiet. we alsolutely loved it there. Stergios and his wife was very helpful and quick to respond our messages. would totally stay here again when i am in greece.

We had a great stay in the Vila, it is very peaceful and quiet, the yard is big and pool is nice. The vila had great attention to details and good atmosphere. It is located close to the best beach in Sithonia. The hosts were very kind, attentive and responsive, we highly recommend the place.

The house is big and very private. The owner, Peggy, was highly responsive and helped in everything she could. We've got the kitchen full of ingredients for us and it was fully equipped. The view from the house's terrace is amazing! I would defentaly come back. Afissos is a very nice town to leave in. The house is 2 minutes by car from the center. We could have walked it too (about 7-10 minutes) but it quit steep so we preferred the car. The house doesn't really have 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms and the third is not closed by a door. It is actually few beds in the corridor. It was fine for us but it's not for 3 couples who all want their privacy. Bottom line - great asset!

Ideal house for large groups : spacious , fully equipped and in a great location to visit around the surrounding area . Mrs. Katina was very hospitable , she responded to everything we asked for . The house was also super clean and with very large spaces since we could share adults and children and not disturb each other .
