We really liked the stay, the house is very spacious, beautiful, with a nice terrace and very quiet and quiet. Nick left us everything you need for cooking, jams, juices, oils, etc. He is close to many spectacular beaches and very nice indoor villages. Also next door is a restaurant where you can eat very well. The only catch is the bed in one of the rooms, a little small and with the mattress not very comfortable. Otherwise, we would like to come back!

the house is very cozy. It's not for the people who prefer luxuriouse but for the originality. the landscape is amazing and, yes is a " balcony over the sea". the public and free parking is 10 minutes walk away.

What a memorable experience! Eva's warm hospitality helped us feel like home. We truly enjoyed the cleanliness, the fireplace, the amazing view from the balcony, the quietness, the variety of books which informed us about the local history and tradition. The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the parking and shops. Overall, our staying at Eva's was beyond our expectations.

Ariadne was an extremely responsive host, even checking in a few days into our stay asking if everything was going well. The location was great with a short walk into the village of afytos close enough to get to things but far enough out of the crowds so that it was still quiet.

House is wonderful, big enough for 3 families with kids, includes all needed ementities for comfortable long time stay. We really felt like at home. Surroundings are wonderful, green forest view from terrace, few minutes walk to the beach, which is very nice, clean, very private and not croudy, shallow and perfect for kids. We recommend this place and happy to get back again.

Quiet and peaceful location 5-6 minutes from the beach of Siviri. Stefanos was very helpful and responded quickly. The place was clean and tidy and had all the amenities listed. A few not so substantial remarks - bloated and non humidity door to one bathroom, lack of even small amounts of spices.

Great place, perfect location! Near beach, supermarket, restaurants, but nevertheless not noisy at all! The house really contains everything you need and more, fully equiped. Nice outside terrace with shadow. The wifi is not strong enough to work or play videogames (you will have to use your own data), and the house is a little less suitable for very young kids, because of the stairs. Apart from that we would definitely recommend it!

The space was spotless and very warm all day! The kitchen was fully equipped! The fireplace adds warmth to the house! Eleni is a fantastic host, willing to help us anytime! Generally it felt like home and we will definitely choose this house again when we meet again in the area!

The place of Despina fully met our expectations. It was one of our most beautiful holidays. The space enough for a family of four. It is beautifully decorated. Near the square of the village on foot. It has parking for the car that is a key advantage for the area. Despoina is very kind helpful. Available to everything we needed. The village of Lavkos beautiful for calm holidays with nice beaches at a distance of 20 minutes by car.

A wonderful place in a place without tourists. You are integrated into village life and have a great view. The house itself is a traditional stone building with wooden windows. The atmosphere speaks for itself and could certainly tell many stories. Thank you for the stay. Would love to come again!

Our stay here was very pleasant and different, since the place was so much nicer and quieter than the usual tourist venues. The house was nicely furnished and very well maintained by the owners. It provided everything necessary for our stay and more, so it was not necessary to carry a lot of luggage. The kids enjoyed the playing ground and we adored the beautiful terrace and amazing views. Eleni gave us detailed instructions about the location; she was very helpful and always available online. It was a pleasure to meet such an energetic and kind person as a host. I fully recommend staying at this house and visiting the region.

Panagiotis and Giota are excellent hosts. Very friendly. They made us feel at home and comfortable. It's like we've known each other for years. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The garden is beautiful. Our dogs enjoyed running on the grass. We will definitely prefer it when we are in the area again. Thank you!

Wonderful house in the village. Very comfortable, renovated and clean, it had everything literally in the kitchen, warm, the view fantastic. Access is difficult from the cobbled street and it is better to be sparing with luggage. But this is happening in the whole village. Also, the house compensates you with the above. We came with a toddler and a baby (a baby carrier is needed for transportation, especially with suitcases) and we highly recommend it. For parents, the house provides a child seat, plates and glasses, and lots of toys!

We had an amazing stay, the house is 5 mins away from the beach and the busy area of the village where all the restaurants and shops are, but still quest at night. The hosts were very warm and open people, the place had everything that is needed for a good vacation, I for sure will stay there when traveling to Kallithea again.

A lovely house in Agios Dimitrios ! The rooms were clean, the two bathrooms very spacious and renovated, and there was enough space for 10 people to sit comfortably inside or outside. The only thing that needs attention is the parking lot of the house-which is accessible through a downhill slope. As the host informed us at check in, if the guests do not have a jeep, they better park somewhere else and not make use of the parking space, as the uphill is too steep to leave the house. Konstantinos was a great host, with flexible check in, and left us a lot of things for breakfast. Thank you!

David’s place was perfect for us and had everything we needed including beach towels and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The location was ideal - just a few minutes walk from the center of town, and close to all the bars and restaurants. We could walk to the bus or taxi station in 10 minutes to get around the island. Both David and Rita were excellent help throughout our stay, offering lots of recommendations and helpful advice. Overall, we had a fabulous stay at David’s place and would highly recommend to anyone else thinking about visiting Skopelos.

The space was just like the description, the house was equipped with what a family should have for their stay. The location in the center of the village in the square but this does not affect the quietness. Finally, the communication with the owners was great! Highly recommend!

Lovely Airbnb in Skiathos town, really close to the port and local bars, shops and tavernas. We were given really clear instructions to find the Airbnb and an early check in was facilitated at our request. Konstantinos also arranged for us to have a complimentary breakfast at a nearby hotel which was a lovely gesture. WiFi was a bit slow at times could possibly benefit from a booster but did not affect us as we didn’t require it for work.

My wife and I took her sister and her friend to Easter since Friday. The house was clean and as shown in the photos. and especially for 4 people it was a must. Personally we had a small grill and roasted outside in the yard(there was also the kitchen of course). We got our breakfast in the small living room(there was everything in the house ). The area surrounded by greenery and very calm for detoxing from the city. The residents are very friendly. Kalambaka is close if you want a little noise. I'm sure if I go back to the area it will be the 1 option

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The place has everything you need, ac in all rooms, and was well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The surroundings are beautiful and the garden has great views, we had a great time!
