Holiday rentals with beach access in Théoule-sur-Mer

Stephanie’s place was the perfect getaway for our small family. She went above and beyond - stocking the apartment with not just the essentials, but thoughtful extras like beach toys, sunbeds, and games for kids. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and ideal for two adults and a child. We loved waking up to stunning sunrises and being just steps from the beach. The underground parking was a huge bonus. Stephanie’s care and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We recommend renting a car to explore the area - don’t miss the amazing pastries at Benjamin Marquis or nearby supermarkets like Auchan and Monoprix. Thank you, Stephanie, for such a warm and wonderful stay. We hope to return soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Andre’s place! He met us at the station and was so hospitable, we felt right at home in the flat. It was so peaceful and perfect for our stay. Probably our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The village was peaceful and gorgeous and we had a wonderful time. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

I had a wonderful stay at Julia’s beautiful apartment. It’s set in a peaceful, picturesque area with breathtaking sea views, and made for a truly relaxing base. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed. Julia and David were responsive and helpful throughout, making everything easy. I’d absolutely recommend staying here — it’s great value and ideally located for easy access to Cannes.

Amazing stay, great location and beautiful view from the terrace. Apartment is new and was spotless. Communication with the host was easy. Host let us change dates without any problems We had everything we need at the apartment, coffee, water, paper towels etc. Recommend to anyone else!

Appartement agréable, plutôt spacieux pour un studio. Salle de bain assez grande. Place pour la voiture appréciable. Isabelle est très réactive. Je recommande.

Un lieu de détente avec une superbe vue dans une résidence ou la piscine se situe a quelques mètres, douce et très propre.. voisine du snack(café bleu)ou l'on peut déguster d'excellents plats du jour(merci a pepone )poissons ou autres, dans une ambiance accueillante,familiale et sincère..Ce fut un séjour magnifique dans une région vraiment très belle.. Merci a notre hôte Suzanne et espérons pouvoir revenir l'an prochain..

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten wie eine eigene Garage und einen Aufzug. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse lädt abends zum verweilen ein, und auch in der Wohnung konnte man gut Zeit verbringen. Persönlich hat mir ein Backofen in der Wohnung gefehlt. Hier noch ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung: - in Théoule gibt es zwei Bäckereien, jedoch mit Fahrtzeit verbunden - in der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es einen Mini-Markt „La Fourmi“, wo man auch Backwaren bekommt - fußläufig ist ein Strand zu erreichen welcher vollkommen ausreichend ist. - der Strand in Théoule hat uns besser gefallen und ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen ( mit Parkplatz am Strand)

Wir waren 11 Tage in der traumhaften Villa und können diese uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! 100% Top! Das Haus ist gepflegt, die Raumaufteilung super und der Außenbereich sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist das absolute Highlight - ein Traum! Man sitzt Stunden auf der Terrasse und bekommt gar nicht genug von diesem Blick. Das Parken direkt beim Haus ist eng jedoch kann man problemlos unterhalb vom Haus stehen und gelangt über Stufen zur Villa. Toll ist auch die Zuganbindung die für Ausflüge echt empfehlenswert ist! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert, sie war sehr bemüht und gab uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants! Viele Dank nochmal!

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Nous avons été très heureuses de séjourner dans le logement proposé par Yves. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison. La vue y est magnifique sur la mer et le massif de l'Esterel. L'accueil de Yves était très chaleureux et prévenant. Et la localisation, idéale pour découvrir les environs!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

This Airbnb could not have been more perfect for me and my family. We all agreed that if we were ever to be in Cannes again, we would stay here. The view was breathtaking, the rooms were pristine, the location worked out great. We loved absolutely everything about this place!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterlunft, die herrlich gelegen, etwas bergig mit Blick auf das Wasser gerichtet ist. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte alle Utensilien die man benötigt zur Verfügung. Eine große Terrasse zum genießen inkl. Meerblick ist auch dabei! Wir sind mit Kind gereist (1,5 Jahre) und dem Kleinen hat es auch super gefallen, wir haben sogart ein Kinderbett bekommen. Vassil Stephani und Elisa haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und waren zu jederzeit erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. Tolle Lage, fußläufig zu einem tollen Strand :)

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Konum olarak mükemmel. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesi olması, etrafında birçok restaurant ve barların olması büyük avantaj. Ev yeni dekore edilmiş ve çok temiz. Balkonunda oturmak çok keyifli. Evde ana banyo ve tuvaletin yanı sıra Ebeveyn odasında da tuvalet ve banyo olması çok rahatlatıcı. Salon ve mutfak tüm imkanları sunuyor. Tekrar Cannes seyahatimde mümkünse tekrar kalmak isterim. Bu imkanları sunduğu için Judy ye çok teşekkür ederim
