Our stay was very comfortable, peaceful and very quiet. We were looking forward to a quiet getaway and this was the perfect place for that. We were concerned after we made the reservation and found out about the stairs. However there was some very helpful young men in the house upfront. I believe they were Rhonda's children or family members. We appreciated their assistance with our luggage. Orelia

We had a wonderful time staying at Courtnee’s place! I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in Conroe. We could walk across the parking lot and had access to the marina, a great bar and grill, a swimming pool, and fishing! The apartment was also beautiful and very clean and well stocked. Any time I needed anything or had any questions Courtnee responded almost immediately. She was very attentive and very friendly. I would definitely stay at her property in the future in the future.

Great place

Myself and my cousin came to celebrate my birthday for 5 days, we felt right at home the moment we walked in very clean, private gated community, comfortable.

My husband and I had a good little get away. We went to The Wave twice and loved watching the sunset.

This place looked exactly like the pictures! and the neighborhood has plenty of places to walk to with nice restaurants to try. Definitely will stay here again!

We rebooked last minute, and this totally surprised us! Although it was further from the city, it still had plenty of places nearby. We were able to relax in a safe community, we will definitely book again!

This place was great! I went for a girls weekend for Lonestar throw down weekend. It was the perfect place. Super cute, felt so safe. Very peaceful area and airbnb.

Amazing apartment, the place it self was perfect for a person like me, infact I wish I could live in it! The apartment it self is in a private community and it has tons to do ranging from a pool to a common area with a pool table! (That really sold me) If youre in the Spring area and need a place to stay, THIS is the place.

We had a great stay at the Heights Oasis! Great location, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores. The checkin experience was easy and seamless. Del was a great host. He was friendly, helpful, responsive and very accommodating. Nicely appointed space with everything you need - the scooters were a nice bonus! Would love to stay here again! I will definitely be staying here again. If you wish to relax this place is for you. Keep in mind that this is a family neighborhood so you will hear the kiddos doing their thing around check in. I rate this spot a 10 being exactly what you need when you need it.

Laura was very helpful with anything we needed, the property is so beautiful and peaceful and we loved every minute of our stay!

They were incredible hosts. This was my most pleasant air bnb stay ever because of the hosts. They were responsive and the their apartment was really nice. Check out was super easy, which is hard to come by when it comes to air bnbs. I would have them as hosts every time if I could.

We felt right at home! Everything was impeccable and the spaces were perfect for our family. We went with a one-and-a-half-year-old baby and it was too practical and functional. Everything was close to us and it was very nice to go for a walk in the area. 100 percent recommended! The best hosts are always on the lookout
