Basecamp in the White mountains

This small cabin has recently been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

White Mountain Base Camp

This warm and comfortable condo will be your base camp for all the attractions that the New Hampshire's White Mountains has to offer! It literally sits at the foot of Loon Mountain and the Kancamagus Highway. The Pemigewasset River and its best swimming hole are right in the back yard. You will have access to the facility pools, hot tub, game room, and laundry facilities. Some of the town's best restaurants are within walking distance. The Lodge at Lincoln Station is the ideal place to stay!

Secluded private suite, separate private entrance, 6 acres of a smoking free property. Contactless check in key pad. Large windows, electric kettle, pour over coffee maker. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, mini fridge provided. No kitchen. Property abuts Pemi River with swimming hole. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. This private studio space is located on our walkout basement level. You will have your own entry with a parking spot just outside the door or in our easy access carport. We are a 15 minute walk to many of the popular businesses on Main Street and there is easy access to I93 for all the outdoor activities in the White Mountain region. We enjoy welcoming travelers to our town and are happy to field any questions you may have. Otherwise, we are very respectful of our guests' privacy.
