Holiday rentals with a patio in The Colony

The apartment was right in front of a dog park with a small really cute patio. It was right in front of a Whole Foods with great options to eat and down the street from multiple amazing restaurants 10 out of 10 would stay again and probably will

Olivia's apartment was perfect for my stay while visiting my son and his gf. Because they were at work during the day I had a lot of time on my hands. Location was great -- although I am not a big shopper, having stores within walking distance gave me something to do during the day and having a Target nearby was great for picking up groceries or any miscellaneous things I might need. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed and pillows and nice towels in the bathroom. I spent a lot of time on the balcony and made use of the nice, clean gym. I also sat down by the pool a couple of times. Olivia's apartment fit my needs perfectly. And, Olivia was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. I would highly recommend!

Very comfortable, clean, and in a great location

Our family enjoyed the spacious 3 bedroom and relaxing home decor. The first floor unit was very clean with well thought out amenities. A gated complex with easy highway access proved safe and convenient. Plenty of food and entertainment options nearby for the kiddos. Our host was kind and attentive. Would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Heather’s Airbnb. From start to finish, Heather was extremely responsive—she replied to all my messages very quickly and made sure every detail was taken care of. She truly goes out of her way to ensure everything is up to par, demonstrating a level of professionalism and care that’s rare to find. The unit itself is absolutely fantastic. It’s beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel right at home. The ambiance is inviting and cozy, yet modern and stylish. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Parking was also a breeze, which made coming and going stress-free. Heather’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was not just good, but exceptional. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but this was by far one of the best experiences.

The place was exactly as listed. Great walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Quiet area too. The unit was a perfect size for a week’s stay. Nicole was a great host overall. She was very responsive and proactive in check-in/check-out. I recommend her place for a stay in Denton.

Perfect spot for a weekend stay with friends. Easy to check in and out with all necessary information provided ahead of time.

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The back yard was more than we’d imagined with the pool, mini golf setup and other amenities. It was perfect for our family and my son even had a few friends over one afternoon to hang out and they had a great time. The organization of the home and backyard was the best I’d ever seen in an Airbnb. Would definitely stay there again!!

This was my second stay at this property and it feels like my second home when traveling to Dallas area.

Jeanna was a great host. I felt like she was always ready to respond if need be. She checked in to make sure things were good. The accommodations themselves were very comforting and we had what we needed.

Photos and descriptions were spot on for this cute and cozy air bnb, in a quiet neighborhood. Felt right at home. A/C was a little tricky in hot Texas, but fans were available.

This place was beautiful inside and out. All of the amenities were as described. Jake and Oliver were very responsive in our needs/questions. I would recommend anyone to use this location. It is beautiful inside

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs all month, and this was hands down the best one. Beautifully decorated, super clean, really quiet, and Ajen was so nice and quick to respond. I was seriously impressed with how clean (or maybe brand new?) the dishes and utensils were. Most places I didn’t even want to cook in the kitchen, but here I made meals both nights with no worries. The ocean view was a huge plus too—wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for having me!
