Apartment holiday rentals in The Bronx

Thank you for allowing me to stay at your house. This location is 30 mins away from time square. This is great for like minded folks who wouldn’t mind driving to the city. Instead of paying expensive hotel rates that only gets you 1-400 sf rooms. This place is a basement apartment. And indeed spacious for the attendees allowed.

This was an enjoyable stay for my wife and I. It’s secluded and peaceful and has an earth-conscience theme with organic tea samples and soaps that were quite enjoyable. Nate was a supportive and congenial host.

My experience was amazing. Yanerys responded quickly when I contacted her. The apartment was cozy and provided everything I needed. The patio area was cute and well maintained. I stayed for 6 days and felt right at home. I would rent this space again.

The place was very comfortable and exactly what we were hoping for — clean, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. It was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing, but still close to everything we needed. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nicholas is an outstanding host. Everything we needed was provided. The property was very clean and quiet. Very spacious, just what we needed. We definitely look forward to doing more with Nicholas, property looks just like the photos. We came to get married and everything went smoothly, again thank you.

Everything is perfect except if you are taking Subway till Dyre Av from the downtown you have to be very careful about the creeps and bullies around.The place we stayed is very much secure and peaceful.Outside world you have no control over

Ben’s apartment was perfect for our family visit White Plains — beautiful, spacious, and with lots of the amenities we needed, very close to the center of the city. Ben himself was also wonderful, with quick response times and lots of flexibility around our travel. We’d definitely stay here again!

This spot was perfect for the type of trip that we had (visiting an aging uncle nearby). The neighborhood was charming and the space it tidy. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

Lourdes was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness and attentiveness. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made the stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This was our second time staying at Ilda and Jon's place. It's very clean and comfortable and in a great location. There is a shared backyard which is great for our dog and kids. There's also a patio for lounging and dining. It's centrally located and across the street from a commercial center so there are lots of choices for shopping and eating. There's also a grocery store, Target and theater. We stayed here in October for a family event and I noted to Ilda that a coat rack and toaster would be a nice touch for guests and the first thing I noticed this stay was the added coat rack and toaster. It's so nice to know Ilda and Jon took the time to read my feedback and not only take it into consideration, but act on it too! Clear instructions for check in and check out and also responsive. Great place, highly recommend - will be back if there's another family event in the future.

Paul was super responsive throughout the entire stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The spot itself was cozy, quiet, and in a beautiful neighborhood. I loved being able to walk to nearby parks and restaurants — the area has a peaceful, welcoming vibe and friendly people all around. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Paul!

We had an amazing time at Sal’s place! Perfect for a trip to NYC or Jersey. Transit busses and mini markets only a few minutes away. Got a perfect view at the skyline just down the road with a little park. Sal reacted very quick on messages and the apartment is modern, has a big shower, fits for 3 people. Definitely recommended!

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful place,enjoyed my stay

My sister and I had a short overnight stay and we absolutely loved it! It’s such a cute place. It was just as described and perfect for the night. The host was very quick and responsive to our inquiries. The building is very easy to find and we felt safe with security in the building. The neighborhood is nice. The day of check out we walked around and ate at a local restaurants. We definitely will be back and recommend!

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!

Wonderful home away from home. Clean, private and beautiful. Erica thought of everything and anything. I will be back to relax at this peaceful villa.
