Beautiful setting. Quirky little cottage and lots of games, books and dvds provided for the evenings. Kids loved the trainset!! Claire was very prompt at responding, we had a power cut late sat night so couldn't pack for the next days checkout in the dark and Claire offered a later checkout at no extra cost which was a huge help. A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Lovely property in fabulous location, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Beautiful mosaics at the property. Beds were very comfortable and sleep was restful, no traffic to disturb like we have at home. Nice little outside space as well .. We’d probably stay again bringing our daughter next time ..

The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

We had a great time at Stephanie's with our family. Stephanie was friendly, helpful and very responsive. A great location for the beach and harbour, a very clean, comfortable and stylish home.

Lovely house, very comfortable and spacious for 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children). Bedrooms were all well sized and and great downstairs communal area with 2 large sitting rooms and well equipped kitchen/ diner. We also made use of the bbq in the relaxing outdoor space. Only a short walk to Ramsgate harbour, less than 10 mins to seafront. We also enjoyed exploring nearby Margate & Broadstairs. Would highly recommend this property!

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! The property matched the description perfectly, place in a very peaceful road in the heart of historic Deal, plenty to walk and explore such a beautiful old neighbourhood. The property had everything covered from dog treats to USB charges, it was a home away from home. Such a historic old quirky building as long as you’re not tall, you’ll be fine! Thank you

Larissas garden is absolutely beautiful, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. My daughters and dog absolutely loved having so much space in the garden to run about. The barn is gorgeous, has all amenities and is with a couple of minutes walk from a great pub.

history was very helpful. place was very clean and tidy. had everything you could need and was very quiet and relaxing. would definitely visit again.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

What can I say. Other than simply perfect. Natalie and Peter went truly above and beyond. The place was decorated so nicely for my 30th birthday. Everywhere was clean, and simply breath taking. Nothing was too much, I even had a blister and Natalie went and got me some plasters. The yurt is stunning, the little Annex you get with it was so lovely just to chill and watch tv in. The outdoor bath was perfect to sit and chill and look up at the stars. I’ve never experienced an air BnB like I did this weekend, it was one of a kind. I definitely will be going back! X

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

First time hiring a hut and I’m so glad I did. This little hut was cute and had everything you needed. I messaged Maria asking for a little something for my mum’s bday and she did 😊. No bad reviews we’re planning on hiring more often, all it could do with is a little tlc ie painting needs updating, the windbreakers need replacing and possibly something for the ground by the doors as it’s hard to open the doors with the stones. But other then that it was lovely and we had such a lovely time , we locked everything up in the hut and took a walk to the pier and came back it was lovely thank you ☺️

We had a wonderful weekend at Sandy Feet Cottage. The cottage is in a great location, only a few minutes away from all that Broadstairs has to offer. Great location for exploring further afield too, as there are some lovely walks including one to Margate. The cottage was very clean and had everything that you needed. The description was spot on. Sally was vey easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Spent a weekend in Ramsgate for a friend's wedding, and Amanda's flat was the perfect base - clean, tidy, with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor space. Short walk into town, close to all attractions, and only about 5-10 mins from the main station. Would definitely come back! Amanda was very responsive to messages and provided really clear check in instructions

We had a lovely 2-day getaway at this beautiful cottage and couldn’t be happier with our stay! The hot tub was amazing – perfect for relaxing in the evenings – and the small pool was a great bonus, especially for a quick dip during the day. The location is absolutely stunning: peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views that made us feel totally switched off from the world. The whole place had a cosy, welcoming feel, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of care into making it special. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic break. Hope to be back again soon!

Absolutely gorgeous little flat just two minutes walk to the seafront. It's just generally in an excellent location close to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. The flat has lots of natural light, lovely furnishings, a comfy bed. It has everything you could need and lots of thoughtful little extras too. It was absolutely spotless on arrival. We appreciated the little gift hamper, how communicative the hosts were and how cosy and welcoming the flat felt. We will definitely be back, thank you so much!
