Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely spot, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space itself was spotless and very comfortable, it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making it cosy and inviting. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and I truly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful experience living in this Villa it was beautiful quiet and peaceful I enjoyed the pool a lot also the kitchen have everything you need last but not last our host Mikhail was so nice and very helpful

Absolutely loved this place. The host Jennifer is extremely communicative and helpful. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s super accommodating. Make sure we have lots of recommendations in terms of restaurants things to do. I will definitely be booking this Airbnb again and recommending to others. Amazing experience 10 out of 10.

the place is very nice, the location is very quiet, you can get to the beach in 5 minutes with scooter, but we also enjoyed staying home and the pool. it's one hour away from down town Phuket, so if you are looking to stay near there it is not the place, but if you are looking for a nice stay near the beach, this is the one, it is 5 minutes away from the airport.

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. It was a great place to stay. We love the complete kitchen and all utensils, even had some spices ready. Nice location - everything was nearby and pool was great too. Master bedroom was extremely clean. Manuel was friendly, helpful and very responsive.

Gorgeous apartment, super clean and tidy. Close to cafes and the beach! Also the room stays super cold even when its muggy and hot outside.

We spent an amazing time at Baan Mai Khao. The apartment was terrific and ticked all the boxes. Kwan was very helpful about everything. Diego, the receptionist was great and gave us lots of tips as well. Even though you have mobility available through the shuttle bus, we would recommend renting a car at the airport to hace independence to visit further away places like Old Phuket, Patong, etc. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Reinol, Soledad y Jessica.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved my stay at Andrei’s place! The location was perfect — peaceful and private, with beautiful surroundings and lots to do nearby. Andrei’s communication was exceptional: always responsive, friendly, and full of helpful recommendations. The space itself was exactly as described — spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped, and matched the photos and description to a T. We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.

I stayed in June with 2 children, I liked everything very much, the apartments are clean, well-maintained, there is everything you need and a lot of other useful things, pillows, blankets are very comfortable, cleaning every 3 days, exit immediately to the golf course, parking nearby, the territory is well-maintained, there are a lot of restaurants around, the beach is close. It is pleasant to communicate with the host, always in touch, attentive, tactful, benevolent. We really liked it and recommend this apartment.

Great apartment on the territory of the hotel, access to the swimming pool, cafe in the building. The beach is close and the area is quiet. From the wishes: it's time to change the torn curtains and the vacuum cleaner is already falling apart.

Great place for a duo or solo traveler! Very cute and cozy, has everything you could need. The host was kind and responsive with anything I needed. The condo was in the heart of boat avenue, surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and a beach near by (25 mins). However, it's probably recommended to get a scooter/Grab because it's not easy to walk every where. But overall, great experience!
