The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool is bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

Very nice Airbnb. Maid came everyday and cleaned and replaced the linens. We came for edc so it was really close to the venue. Gated community. If you stay here and use bolt look up Sivana Place. Easiest way to get there takes you to the front gate. Better than trying to use the address.

We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Perfect host, perfect location

Fantastic villa! The space was really big and beautifully. SASA, the villa manager, was amazing! He was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The villa is a bit far from Patong. Used Grab to get around, and it was easy.

This is a gorgeous place that feels really remote, but is only a short walk to two beaches, restaurants, massage, etc. I loved the private pool and the well-equipped children’s room. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Our family (2 adults and one 7 year old) stayed at the Lux villa for 9 nights as our Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the space, the pool and the location of this spectacular place. Much better and bigger than the photos made out. The house is a lovely oasis of calm and quiet. It is super convenient to Bang Tao beach with a slightly longer drive to Banana Beach and Nai Yang beach - which are definitely worth spending 20 minutes in the car to get to. We had a great time and will be definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Phuket! The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our time there. We especially appreciated that it was located in a more local area, away from the overly touristy spots, it gave us a more authentic experience of Phuket. Thank you so much for hosting us!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our highlight was the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where we enjoyed spending many hours every day. The rooms were well equipped, the room on the ground floor was slightly smaller than the upper two bedrooms, but not clairvoyant yet private. Communication with Air was quick and easy. One day there were problems with the toilets, so she came very quickly with craftsmen to solve the problem. She also gave us tips for excursions and was always friendly and helpful. The villa is just outside the action, so we were glad we rented scooters (got arranged through air). It was really nice- thank you for an unforgettable time at your villa!

We’ve had amazing times here. Marque has always been very kind and the staff is amazing too. If you book a villa here you will get privacy and an awesome rest as the beds are extra comfortable. The swimming pool is perfect too ! Then, the area is lovely. Good restaurants, proximity with nice beaches and a few places to have proper sunsets and parties if you feel like dancing ! Highly recommend this place ! Laundry service is reliable and there is also a possibility to rent very good bikes. Thank you for everything 🙏

We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, while still being steps away from all necessary amenities. Location: - Kamala Beach — Just a 10-minute stroll through the vibrant night market (a must-visit!). - 7/11, MiniBigC, Lotus Fresh — literally a 2-minute walk away. Pool — Spacious, clean, and perfect for swimming or relaxing. We spent so much time here! Hosts — Thoi and the Property Minding Team were incredibly kind and attentive. They responded promptly, assisted with any queries, and welcomed us warmly. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay feel like home. Over 6 nights, water and electricity costs totaled around THB 850. Highly recommend this villa for couples, families, or anyone seeking tranquility, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Amazing place, very private and tranquil. Host was very attentive and the pool was warm and comfortable to swim at night. The villa is exactly as described and just like the photos. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is new, ultra-modern and equipped with state-of-the-art technologies that make life easier. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated and offer a real cocoon of relaxation. The pool is just amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the idyllic setting. The host was attentive, always available and very responsive. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to be able to come back very soon!

The villa is very nice and private, there’s a guard around 24/7 which made our stay feel safe. The host was extremely kind and responsive, we checked in late in the evening and there were some stains on the sofa but the host immediately came to fix everything which we appreciate. The villa is also only a few minutes away from the beach which is great! Would definitely come back to stay here again 😊

We chose this place as headquarters for our trip (15 days total). Since the moment we walked in the front door we were met with the exact description of the AirBnB we hoped to get. Spacious house with all the amenities, bathrooms for every room and amazing showers and tubs on the outside which gives us a sense of paradise. The pool was indeed the best part of the house with enough room for several people to enjoy the quiet and peaceful moments in the water. House completely equipment for the challenging Thai heat. Great AC units paired up with ceiling fans that will make sure the house is nice and cool. Also, every room has blinds. The washer and dryer were indeed a must, given the fact we had rain for multiple days. House situated in a calm and welcoming neighborhood. Sometimes the light switches to the bathrooms are in the rooms and it might take a little time to understand which is which. Highly recommend this place! We loved every single second!
