Great place. I've stayed here twice. The condo's proximity to a good gym, EmSphere mall, and the BTS make it extremely convenient.

This was our third stay at Sitara and we loved it as usual. This is such a lovely aparthotel with wonderful ownership and staff. They make you feel like family instantly and were helpful with assisting us to book Muay Thai tickets and had lots of great suggestions for things to do. The room itself was fresh, clean and very comfortable for an extended stay. We had a great city skyline view from our 8th floor patio which was so nice to enjoy in the evenings. The free Tuk Tuk service to the MRT station is very handy but we most often walked it as it's very close. Like most Bangkok neighborhoods, there is amazing food all around this property in all directions and also a Lotus very close by. The 7-11 at the end of the road is literally a two minute walk away as well. Oh and I almost forgot, the last time we were at Sitara I had asked for an extra pillow, upon check in this time, the bed had extra pillows! This was months later, service doesn't get much better than that! See you again soon.

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. This is the best place to stay. I will choose the place again the next time I visit Pattaya. There are many local restaurants nearby, and there is a Bixi Mart, so it is convenient. I was able to check comfortably at check-in, and I was able to live comfortably with detailed descriptions. Everything matches the pictures, especially with the luxury bed, which made for a great night's sleep. It was also convenient to provide a coffee machine and coffee for free. Everything was provided, including a fridge, a washing machine, and kitchen utensils. This is the best place to stay.

Sergey was always responsive, we checked in early and checked out late and he made it all happen. Apartment is well equipped with a bit touch up needed, in quiet area with big pool.

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

I stayed for a month and it was a decent stay. This condo has a lot of foreigners. The pool on the rooftop is quite relaxing and has a nice view looking down on the city. The condo room itself is small but has all everything you need. I would recommend this place if you want a cozy condo with a nice pool.

The hosts are very approachable and always helpful and very understanding. The flat is clean and offers a great view over the city. The pool and rooftop gym are very clean and offer enough space. Next time I am in chiang mai I will try to book here again!

One fine place was perfect for my month long stay. Everything was as advertised by host and her response to communication was always so prompt. The Condo is adjacent to two beautiful night markets making evening meals so accessible. Short walk to catch the songtheaw on Phet Kasem Road, 3 convenience stores conveniently located within 100 m radius. Short walk to the beach if that’s your thing. Would highly recommend one fine place and would certainly stay here again.

Eleven out of Ten. Stayed in airbnb’s all over and this one stands out in a big way. The view is the best I’ve ever seen. The location is one of the best I’ve ever been in. Your a 5 minute walk from everything you need in the heart of town, but the condo is quiet as can be with almost no commotion. 5 minute walk from the beach. Hosts are incredible. They provide all information necessary to make for a comfortable and exciting stay at the condo. Don’t look anymore and just book this one. I will add, the electricity is a bit expensive to pay at the end of your stay. My wife and I used the AC in the house only at night, turned lights off everytime we were done using something or left the house, and didn’t use anything electric powered unnecessarily, and for 3 full days it was a 1600 baht bill. It is still a no brainer in my opinion to book here. We will 100% come back.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable condo. Had everything we needed for a long stay. Located in a great complex with shopping nearby. The beach was an easy walk or we could take the shuttle. Great porch and views on a quiet corner of the building. The condo had a comfortable bed, sofa and linens. The internet was very fast and reliable. Our host was amazingly kind and helpful with any questions and always responded quickly. Absolutely recommend this stay. We will definitely return.

My stay was really good and welcoming. I felt comfortable, well received, and in an environment that invites relaxation and enjoyment. Definitely a great place to recharge and keep moving forward.

Very clean place and free of clutter. Towels provided, some cooking condiments provided, cookware available except for soup scoop which I have feedback to host and they are very willing to constantly work on feedback. Host fast to respond, polite and helpful. Condo itself has a 7-11 and eateries opposite and alongside. Security guards, traffic controller for crossing the road. Great stay, I take bolt everywhere. No issues with pick up and drop off. Cafe and nail salon within estate if you just want to stay around the estate. Buy your own washing detergent if you want to use the laundry machine, as well as shampoo etc.

clean, modern, with everything you need and the host was very friendly. I really liked having the proper desk where I could work remotely from, washing machine on the balcony, big fridge and very good bed and bathroom! the pool was really nice and refreshing. I used it 4-5 times and it was always empty. 7-11 downstairs. MRT 50 meters away. tao poon Market 200 meters away, a nice mall with plenty of restaurants 10 minutes away. I would stay again!

I stayed here for a month and really loved the location as its very central and easy to get to. The place is super huge as well and has lots of things nearby like eateries, massage etc… super convenient location and feels like home.

The place was good. A shower's picture somehow doesn't fit 100% (the shower's door was replaced, but it's fine anyway). Only noise is an elevator)
