Family-friendly holiday rentals in Thailand

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch und war ideal für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Heinz war leider nicht vor Ort aber jederzeit per Mail erreichbar. Ar hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und stand ebenfalls für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist eher überschaubar mit netten Restaurants und ein paar von den üblichen Geschäften für Touristen. Wer mehr Trubel möchte, kann für etwa 200 Bath mit dem Taxi zum Kata Beach oder dem dortigen Nachtmarkt fahren. Letzteres lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Direkt im Ort können Ausflüge gebucht werden, was meiner Einschätzung nach günstiger ist als eine online-Buchung. Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Très bon séjour! La vue depuis la piscine est magnifique, jean luc est très réactif dans les messages pour aider et il nous a fourni les coordonnées d un taxi van( nous étions 8) qui nous a transportés pendant le séjour.

My second time staying here, and it will continue to be my go to place for Bangkok! Love staying here 🥹

Such a lovely thought out property with all the amenities required for either a short/long stay. Access to a jacuzzi and rooftop gym and direct access to the beach which was the highlight of this property. Lots of shops, restaurants and money exchanges hereby. I would recommend you take the taxi service offered, it make things easy and similar to what a Grab would cost but the service is exceptional. Communication was easy, detailed and proactive. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend as this one if the best Airbnbs I've stayed in, in Thailand. They're thoughtful enough to provide free snacks I would have extended my stay but there was no availability I'll definitely be returning at somepoint

Had a great stay! The place was super clean, easy to find, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s a bit quiet in the immediate area, but a 20+ minute walk gets you to the heart of the city. The washing machine was really handy, and laundry dried quickly on the sunny balcony. Nearby restaurants are on the pricier side, which makes sense given the central, expat-friendly location. Only minor downside was the peak-hour traffic—if you're taking a Grab in the morning or evening, it’s worth walking a bit out to avoid jams (though traffic’s pretty bad all over during those times). Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped stay in a calm yet connected location!

Had a lovely stay at Cindy’s condo. It was nice and spacious, and even had a washing machine which was very handy. The highlight for us was the gym on the top floor - we used it every day. Nice to come back to such good aircon after walking around the city.

We love this place so much we stayed here twice! Highly recommended!

It was so great to stay at Jin’s place! It’s a very spacious and clean house with fully equipped kitchen including a large filtered water dispenser, large veranda, beautiful garden and pool with an awesome view. We were very well looked after, she even organized a pick up and drop off to a special rate for us, which was very helpful 🙏 We’d love to come back sometimes, Thanks so much Gabi

Prachtig!!!!! Wat een heerlijk huis. De host regelde (tegen betaling) taxi’s en scooters voor ons die je echt nodig hebt. (Niet lopen jongens, dat is niet te doen) We hebben genoten van t uitzicht en elke dag werd er schoon gemaakt. TOP verblijf!

This place is perfect for a big family with kids. The place was big enough for the kids to run around and the rooms were comfy. Air conditioning was great as well which was important for Chiangmai’s hot weather. A huge shout out to Oar for helping us with multiple requests for massage. She was always responsive and the welcome dinner was great as well. Our family of 10 all enjoyed the stay there!

Beautiful place, location is up on a hill and not very walkable but was easy to coordinate transportation with local taxis, grab, etc. amazing view. Matthew was a responsive and helpful host and the staff were very welcoming!!

June 2025 - Great place and host . We stayed there recently for 5 days with a group of 4 families . Villas is a prefect place who wants a peaceful location little further out from the city hustler and into the nature . We are vegetarians thus the stacked kitchenette was really helpful. Strongly recommend

What an amazing place to stay at! The house is super pretty and super cozy with the huge garden around. Perfect place without traffic noise to look at squirrels running around the garden and hear all the bird calls. This place was the perfect end of the trip send off. Heh. Kanyalak is an amazing host! Super helpful and proactive in giving out info and getting cabs etc sorted. Wished I would have booked this place for longer. Heh. Next time I guess.

非常漂亮的房子，面积很大，比照片新很多！ Graham和工作人员都很积极友善，房间设施比较齐全，虽然没有洗衣机但问题不大。相比周边需要计电费的民宿，这套房子也并不计电费。虽然需要从大门往里走一段路才能到，但交通相对还是很方便，grab之类的外卖也都能送达，到海滩只需要走几分钟，到便利店或餐厅也很方便。

We contacted Jon on a very short notice, and he was very responsive and helpful. He and his wife met with us when we checked in, and they were very nice and helpful. The house is great, very well maintained, and well equipped. We enjoyed it very much.

Felt like staying in a exotic tree house. Beautiful surroundings. Pool was clean. Sitting area open to the outside with large daybed for sitting and hammock (which was very relaxing to rest and read a book) A/C worked well in rooms ,plus fans located in every bedroom. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Not located in a large tourist area, more quaint surroundings. Lovely Texas BBQ restaurant just around corner, and trendy little local artist market short walk away.

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

Прекрасная вилла. Фотографии не передают всю красоту этого места. Размеры жилья и территории огромные. Вилла по формату очень подходит для компании из двух пар - здесь две независимые спальни и общая большая гостиная с кухней. Виды со второго этажа фантастические. Наличие своего транспорта обязательно, без него будет не комфортно. Есть свой частный бассейн также немаленьких размеров и с чистой водой. В виду практического отсутствия соседей на вилле достаточно тихо. Am очень доброжелательная и гостеприимная.

Had a great stay at Zen’s place. The pool and outdoor sitting area are fantastic and the views of Kata beach are wonderful! Walking distance to Kata beach and Karon beach was quite the treat, and the restaurant recommendations were great! Zen was very responsive and overall a great host. We particularly enjoyed A Pillow and A Blanket for cocktails and to watch the sunset. Great value for your money - spacious, great views. I bet staying here with friends would be so fun and I would stay here again!

A literal dream! I cannot recommend this place enough! I celebrated my 40th birthday along with 5 other friends. The villa itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and provides the most unreal sunset setting over the ocean and infinity pool. Now, the service- the absolute cherry on top! The villa included complimentary airport pick-up and drop off, daily home-cooked breakfast, and cleaning. Hats off to Ms. Porn and Dang who took care of additional arrangements such as setting up in-villa massages, everyday for my group of 6 people, hand-selected home-cooked dinner twice during our stay (which was one of the BEST dinners we had in Phuket!). The value for the serene, private, and beautiful views, villa, and staff, is unmatched. Thank you for an unforgettable 40th birthday celebration and first time visit to Thailand- I cannot wait to be back!

Was a very peaceful place with a beautiful view. You literally can step off of the porch into the water during high tide. I highly recommend having a masseuse and chef come in during your stay. Well worth it and part of the whole experience and vibe. For those that need their rooms freezing, this may not be the place for you. The AC works fine and kept the place at a cool 20 degrees (72 Fahrenheit). Remember this is a beachfront villa, we had the glass doors open and enjoyed the breeze and short rain showers. Very cozy and so so quiet, definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away. Some stores and restaurants nearby and easy to get rides when you want/need them. Would stay here again without a second thought.
