All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

An absolute steal deal and a wonderful place along with an amazing host. We were travelling with an infant and the house was spacious enough to accomodate all 7 of us, including the baby. The quaint chirping of birds to wake up to, spick and span house when we entered and everything was exactly as described. No hidden surprises that could cause a holiday to go bad. The host was proactive with clear instructions and was always available and responsive when we needed anything answered. The location is just perfect, nestled between temples, night markets a plenty and good gentry around due to Marriot, Movenpick, Intercontinental just a stones throw away. I really wish this place had a pool and it would be like a 5 star listing for sure. Looking to revisit soon. Just loved the hospitality and the overall experience. The house is🏠 higher than our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, the bedrooms are bright and spacious, each room has a private bathroom, quiet and elegant, the living room is large enough, the kitchen is open, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchen, it is also very convenient to do a meal for more than a dozen people. It is also very convenient to do laundry, dry clothes equipment, go out and play back, leisure, drink tea in the yard, chat, or swim in the water, it is also a good choice for friends to have a holiday party.

Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together

It was a pleasant stay and it felt like home in Mae Rim Grace. House keeper Pen was very friendly and responsive, her team did a great job taking care of our needs .

Amazing property right in the old town centre - around the corner from all the cafes, bars and restaurants - if you happen to be there on Sunday the street market is just at the exit of the little street right by the house. Location is perfect - central but quiet and private. Huge house with lovely pool - we were 2 families of 5 and had plenty of space! Very clean - we didn’t use kitchen much as the restaurants around are amazing! And the massage place 1min walk highly recommended! All in all amazing place and great host!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful pool villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. We spent most of our afternoons lounging poolside and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The host was fantastic – super friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Check-in was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

This trip I was planning for a long time, thanks for Gali ,Fatima ,and their team, they gave me lots of help, also the house was so beautiful and perfect! Highly recommend for all of you to stay a few nights, it’s gonna be very worth it! Love this place!

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Had a great stay at this pool villa! The place was super clean, well-equipped, and really comfortable. The private pool was perfect for relaxing, and the BBQ setup made for a fun evening with friends and family. Everything was well taken care of, and the host was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great spot for a getaway

our villa that we were originally supposed to stay in was damaged in the earthquake. the host was very kind to find us an alternative place to stay for my family of 18 adults. the villa was amazing, with spacious rooms and amenities. villa is situated in a nice neighborhood with no road noise. the host communicated very well with us in all the help we needed. overall an amazing villa!

We had a wonderful group of people for six days this place did not disturb the inside various amenities full parking convenient for me to come to Chiang Mai without imagining difficulty and not hearing danger Thank you host

Thank you so much jay, family-like company for a few days, responded quickly to all my questions and handled it properly, including helping me to pick up the delivery haha.Plus this house, our whole group was very satisfied, the big lawn allows the kids to run wantonly, the clear pool staff is taking care of it daily, it makes me very comfortable having the kids to play, as well as all the snacks, drinks, red wines in the kitchen and living room are all free tastings, it really was a shock!Washing machine, microwave oven, stovetop, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), you should have everything.The details were so touching.The kids were naughty playing with broken curtains and the staff didn't bother us after they fixed it.We will be back again and can't wait to see jay next time.❤️

Very warm-hearted! Chinese speaking, easy going. Super calming rice fields right in front of balcony. Breakfast was our real surprise. Highly recommended for those who wish to stay for a real retreat.

Fantastic! One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The place was immaculately clean. The house was gorgeous and very well designed. The master bedroom has a private lounging area, very spacious. Our favorite feature was the swimming pool with the jacuzzi jets. Highly recommend!
