Great place to stay. Wildlife is great. The host was helpful and responsive. I would stay there again, 10/10.

atmospheric, stylish, private. One of the best houses you can find in Chiang Mama, if possible, would be happy to extend for a month. the only thing that caused confusion was the presence of fake books on the shelves. It is worth saying that we met them in all the houses of Chiang Mai, where we stayed. but it's even funny, I've never seen this in my life:)

The property is lovely and spacious with everything you need. There isn't a lot around but we knew this when booking it so it wasn't an issue. There are cameras in the living room and outside by the pool. The cleaning staff entered the property around 9/9.30 when check out wasn't until 11am, luckily we were leaving early to catch a flight so we left not long after they came but we could have still been asleep. It would have also been nice to have had sun loungers by the pool/on the terrace, we ended up buying some lilos so we had something to lay on. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

My family and I loved our stay at Amber's villa on a quiet, private compound just a short drive from central Chiang Mai. Cosy bedrooms with very comfortable beds, well-cleaned and maintained bathrooms and kitchen. Excellent swimming pool to take a dip - or a slide! - in to on hot days. Very good air conditioning and appliances. We would stay again.

It was a beautiful villa. Relaxing during the day by the pool, peaceful and quiet. Suitable for social events, barbecue, karaoke, pool table. Easy to communicate with host and very friendly. The villa was prepared already with all necessities. Bedding and towels were left in each room for guests. Very happy with our stay and will definitely use or recommend again!

The house is very safe, there is a security guard, clean, the host communicates well, and it is very comfortable to stay.

I had an absolutely blissful stay with the host Nepat couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommendations were provided for everything needed and the service provided in cleaning, cooking and doing my washing couldn’t have been better. I have stayed at some fantastic properties, however this being the best

The actual check in felt so much more beautiful than the photos! The pool is very clean and spacious and has a massage feature❤️ The living room, kitchen are very clean and bright, well lighted, fully equipped, and the high design makes it very comfortable. Every room is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a bathroom, and the hot water is stable and there is a lot of water! Will definitely stay again if I come back to Chiang Mai🥹🥹🥹 Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

Comfortable hotel in an amazing location. Right next to a weed bar with a pool where you can ask to DJ your own music. Very friendly and responsive staff. Only thing to note is that you end up with a room on the second floor you’ll hear the music from next door until midnight. Staff warned us about this during check-in and it was no problem for us, but definitely aim for a first floor room if you’re not there to party.

It was the accommodation I chose for a family trip, and it was the perfect place for my family to stay. It was the best accommodation where both parents and young children were satisfied, and in particular, the host Fatimma and her staff were very kind and responded perfectly, so I think it will be a great memory. If you're thinking about this place, I hope you choose it ~

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Ming was easily accessible and prompt in responding, we had an amazing stay. The White Villa is an exceptional property and I will definitely recommend it for future travels to Chiang Mai. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

Just arrived, the cooked noodles were half cooked without gas, but the host was very attentive to help with replacing it during non-working hours.Resolved a lot about travel rental car pick up and drop off.Big house, very comfortable

We had a wonderful group of people for six days this place did not disturb the inside various amenities full parking convenient for me to come to Chiang Mai without imagining difficulty and not hearing danger Thank you host

The environment is very green, the place is large and quiet, a good place to rest, the owner and housekeeper are very friendly, there is a cleaning lady who comes to clean every day, it feels like home.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

The landlord is really very nice, the car is also very convenient, the house is very clean, very cozy, the location is also very good, the location is also very close to everywhere, it is also very close to the airport, suitable for short and long stays are very good, I don't want to leave, I will definitely go again next time.

We enjoyed our stay at Amy’s. It was clean and spacious. It was in a quiet area with a beautiful garden area. Amy was incredible responsive and helpful any time we had a question or needed something. I would recommend staying at Amy’s place!
