Recently refurbished, this 19th century Cotswold stone cottage is set in Tetbury's Conservation Area, near restaurants, Great Thythe Barn, antique shops and the iconic 17th century Market House. It's an excellent centre for touring the Cotswolds; near Westonbirt Arboretum & Highgrove, the Prince of Wales' gardens.There are 3 floors with a kitchen, living room , 1 bedroom, bathroom, private parking & courtyard garden.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Apple Tree Cottage is an airy, yet cosy 1 bed studio cottage. Grea base for exploring Cotswolds. Many local hiking opportunities. Great views from upstairs, lovely private patio with garden/valley views. Free off-street parking. Upstairs, beamed living/bedroom with comfy bed, Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. Local towns are Cirencester, Malmesbury and Tetbury with great access to the full Cotswold offering.
