This very cozy house offers a true feel-good place on around 43 square meters: a large living/dining area with a long kitchenette, a shower room and a spacious bedroom on the upper floor. Generous windows let in a lot of light. The natural wood construction creates a warm and very pleasant indoor climate. The small wood-burning stove with a large glass window in the door provides cozy warmth. A large terrace in front of the house allows convenient access to the house and offers plenty of space.

Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

Tinyhouse Titania: A romantic midsummer night's dream

Die Titania ist unser neustes, ganz besonderes Tinyhouse. Bei der Gestaltung von Tinyhouse und Garten, haben wir uns von Shakespeares Sommernachtstraum inspirieren lassen. Pure Romantik! Hier sollt ihr Euch fühlen wie Oberon und Titania im Feenwald. Das Besondere: die Titania steht innerhalb des Sonnenhügel-Gartens, in einem separaten Garten. Durch meterhohe Hecken geschützt ist hier ein ganz eigener, verwunschener, romantisch verspielter Sommernachtsgarten entstanden.

Charming Tree House on the Stork's Nest

For rent is a lovingly, simply furnished tree house, which can accommodate two people. It is on our property together with 3 other apartments in an adjoining vacation home. In the tree house there is no toilet and no shower (outdoor shower). You can use your own toilet in the neighboring vacation home. You can use all the amenities there, such as trampoline, cozy sitting area, library, table soccer. Barbecuing is allowed on the property

So weckt dich morgens die Sonne, du steigst in die Badewanne neben deinem Bett oder duscht dich im offenen Badezimmer. Für deinen Kaffee kannst du dir eine der beiden Sonnenterrassen aussuchen. Du hast zwei Badeseen zur Auswahl fußläufig. Für abends steht die Sauna für dich bereit. Mit Blick ins Grüne.

The 30 sqm newly renovated apartment has a double bed with closet and secretary, a sofa, TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with small table. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet/shower. It is perfect for a quiet holiday. The beach is about 30 minutes by car. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults or for 1 adult and 1 child. The house has a well-kept outdoor area, where the barbecue can also be turned on.

Rural 1-room apartment near Rostock

This small apartment with a bedroom, hallway and bathroom is located in the house where we live and work. About 16 km from Rostock, it is a good starting point for exploring the surroundings, by car, bike or on foot, for the beach 26 km away or simply to relax in the tranquility of the small village in the countryside. Of course, a longer stay, e.g. for professional or training reasons, is possible by arrangement.

"Yellow Salon" in the post-socialist manor house 2-4

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.
