Beachfront holiday rentals in Terschelling

We had a wonderful stay at the Schakel villa. It had everything we needed and although we were unfortunately pretty cold most of the time, it just felt good to be in this wonderful vacation home and to be able to look directly at the water from the living room. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped and small beach walks made the stay perfect. We would have liked to try the sauna and the boats, but unfortunately we were too sick for that. Everything was in top condition and very well described. The communication went smoothly and the house is very lovingly decorated. Thanks so much!

The stay is worth the price. However, it is worth having your own basic equipment of kitchen ingredients with you, if you want to cook as wonderfully with the wonderful view from the kitchen to the sea;-). (You will have to buy everything - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, etc.) But the jumbo in the village is a great shop (7 min. in the car) and the essentials would also be available in the campsite shop. 4 minutes by car/10-15 min. by foot) However, the towels for the bathroom are offered and included. You don't need to bring anything. Look forward to unforgettable days at sea!

We had a great stay! We were especially happy with the location, the travels to and from the house went smoothly and there are shops and a bus stop close by. Thanks Pierre+fam!

As a single mom with a toddler and a dog, it's not always easy to find something. We felt very welcome, delicious tulips in the cottage, also Annemieke's dog came to greet us. We have enjoyed a quiet, beautiful environment, top stay, lots of possibilities to do with child and dog! It was great! We'd love to come back!

This was the second time we were here. That actually says enough...What a fantastic location, really top! on the water, next to a restaurant and very easily accessible. Remco (the host) is super friendly and the cottage meets the description. It is basic but clean and everything is available. Going somewhere 2 times is already a unique one for us, but this has not been the last time in this place!

We had a really nice weekend in the house and felt totally comfortable from the beginning. It was super clean and cozy, just like in the pictures. The area is very quiet and well maintained, perfect for relaxing. From the terrace, you can walk directly on the water, which we totally enjoyed. The beach is also just a few minutes' walk away and really nice. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was there.

Very nice house and ideally located 2 steps from the center and shops. Very well equipped. The proximity to bike rental companies made it possible to fully enjoy this means of locomotion to discover the island, especially since the amenities for cycling are quite remarkable.

There were two of us staying at the property for 4 nights, which belongs to a larger complex. The communication with the owner was straightforward and friendly. Everything necessary was available on site, coffee, tea, etc. was ready for the first day. Thank you! We were able to rent bikes right in the building and explore the area. All in all, our holiday was very relaxing. We liked the place and Ameland very much!

Very cozy beach atmosphere in the caravan!! Plenty of places inside and outside for 6 adults. Sleeping is tight for 6 large adults, the bunk beds are small. The sofa can serve as a bed, with tall adults that can offer a solution. Fantastic bicycles to borrow and all the attributes available for a wonderfully relaxed stay. Initial supplies and cleaning products are also available.

A nice place to stay in a holiday park. To the reception 2 min walk, supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf etc also nearby. The house has a second fridge in the storage room. Unfortunately, the house is not very well insulated, but the heating works great. The fireplace makes the living room cozy. The kitchen is also well equipped. The beddings and towels must be picked up and paid at the reception. However, it and Sylvia refunded the amount immediately.

We had a wonderful stay at this chalet! The place is even more cozy and charming than the photos show — beautifully located and very peaceful. It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Birgit was an incredibly supportive and responsive host. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish, and she made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We are already thinking about coming back in the future. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

We stayed there with two toddlers for a week. The bike shop in Ballum is close and you can easily get around the island by bike and trailer. The beach in Ballum is close - but you still have to walk a whole stretch to the sea, next time we'll take a wagon with us. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We had very relaxing days

Pierish is a spacious and cozy caravan. The location is great, you look right into the dunes, great! The crockery and kitchen inventory are neat and ample. Recommended.

A very neat and very cozily furnished holiday home. The kitchen is very fully equipped and sparkling clean! There is a spacious parking and you can also store bicycles safely and dry. A wonderful place with lots of privacy, equipped with every comfort and it had a very nice atmosphere, every time we returned to the cottage. It was really a home for us for a week. We greatly enjoyed the location close to the beach. You can park your car well and you can drive your bikes into the garden in no time. Safe for children and tranquility for adults.
