Holiday rentals with a patio in Terschelling

We had a wonderful weekend staying with Maria & Harry. The apartment is spotless, very fully equipped and conveniently located. Maria offered us a late check-out, which was very pleasant. Highly recommend to stay here.

Nice apartment, everything you could need at your fingertips. Had a wonderful long weekend! literally 150 meters from the boat to the apartment. Bike rental even closer. Perfect location.

Very nice contact with Janneke. The apartment is well equipped. A little "baroque" for our taste (gold and bronze with a lot of fragrance), but that's a matter of taste. The apartment has only one hot plate, but it is good (induction), in addition there is an air fryer and a microwave. The mattresses of the two box spring beds are a little soft/sagging, but we prefer that to mattresses that are too hard. The area is quiet and parking is not a problem.

It was a great place to stay. Not only suitable for people with walking disabilities, as there is no elevator and is on the 2nd floor.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Danielle. She proudly showed us the accommodation. We could see that a lot of love and dedication had been put into the atmosphere of the cottage. We slept wonderfully, with indeed a beautiful free view of the meadows. Kitchen equipment was provided with all the necessities. In short, nothing was lacking. Texel is a fun and versatile Wadden Island. You will be where you need to be in no time. By car and by bike. Crossing by ferry went without problems (you are there in no time....) Parking with a Texelvignet is definitely recommended. We'd love to come back. Regards, Arno and Ingrid.

We had a very nice time in this quiet place in the middle of the village. The apartment was spacious for the two of us and cozily furnished. Enjoyed hiking in the Slufter and my desire to see spoonbills was fulfilled at the Horsmeerjes. The only pity is that it is advertised with "one of the few places in the area with free parking". You do have to purchase a Texel vignette of 20 euros (for 8 days). The parking space for which you will receive a long-term parking exemption is close to the property. The basic amenities also state that towels are provided. It turns out this isn't the case. The host did let you know via Airbnd's messages that we had to bring our own towels, but I had read about that. All in all, a great apartment in a central place in a beautiful village. Just think of your own towels/tea towels/dishcloths.

Great stay in Makkum, highly recommend!

This is one of the most beautifully decorated homes I have ever had the pleasure of renting. Thoughtful understated elegance would be the theme for this exceptional canal house perfectly located in the quaint city of Harlingen. It is truly a sumptuous environment. There is a fine wool plaid blanket in the Blue grand room that promises instant napping. We spent over a month this Spring and my favorite pastime was reading a book under the beautiful old Gingko tree in the private garden listening to church bells and barges. The air is so clean and fresh too! Further, the Host is kind and generous. Please take care of this amazing listing because I want everything to be as it was when I come back again. Thank you for making my family feel so welcome.

Great location to relax and feel right at home. Close to hiking and biking routes. And as dessert, close to the transfer to the very beautiful Ameland. Highly recommend.

We were there for a longer period of time. The location is fantastic, you can sit directly on the water in the sunshine and enjoy a coffee and watch the ships. The dog also felt comfortable and could run freely. At the back of the garden is bordered by. The neighborhood is very nice and very helpful. In addition to a pizzeria and a barbecue snack, there is unfortunately no way to eat and drink anywhere in the evening, unless you drive 10 km further, but since we had a bike with us, ( there are also two available there), this was no problem for us and you can do what you want to do in the area beforehand, or what is offered. As Simone has already described for 1.90 m tall people, as we are, it was a challenge above, but we knew that before, because it was in the listing. All in all, a beautiful cottage quaintly furnished and in the kitchen everything is available and a very nice hostess.

We were in the house as a family with two small children and it was well suited for that. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, and also the equipment was good (children's travel cot, children's dishes, children's chairs, etc.). A highlight was the hot tub (video monitored). The meadow was freshly mowed and there was cozy garden furniture. If you asked about heating the hot tub, the hosts were immediately available to us via Airbnb message with their friendly help. One thing we would have to note were the ants on the first floor (ant bait expired since 2021) and a few dust mice in the upper bedrooms, which we were able to remove ourselves due to the existing vacuum cleaner. However, the bedding was invitingly fresh, and there were plenty of fresh towels (welded). Common kitchen equipment such as salt, pepper, coffee pods and baking paper were unfortunately not available. Overall, however, the quiet house was highly recommended.

What a fantastic place! We enjoyed the view, the many animals that hop around in front of you, the Koekkoek. And the beautiful beach so close. The cottage is well organized and very clean and complete and the contact with Nicolas was very pleasant. Proactive and clear and fast. We would like to come back at least once a year.

We had a fantastic stay in Inge's spacious and fully equipped house. The large garden is truly fantastic! There is a folder in the house with information about what to do in the area. Bakker van Eck is recommended and is about two kilometers from the house. Damwald has a covered shopping center and a gas station. The area is great for walking and cycling. A real Frisian landscape. Thank you Inge for the bottle of wine upon arrival.

It was a very nice stay. The townhouse is very nicely decorated and everything is well maintained and clean. Harlingen is a very nice town with many restaurants, bars and nice little shops that invite you to stroll. The harbor is very nice too.
