Quiet and peaceful barn (converted wagon shed) with a double bed in bedroom 1 and a double sofa bed in the main lounge (for a total of 4 guests). Perfect stay to explore the historic town of Kings Lynn (2 miles to local train station, Watlington, or 10 minutes drive) Cooking facilities are available: an electric hob, microwave oven, crockpot, and 'George Foreman' Grill. There is no oven. There is a washing machine in the main house for a small charge or we do have a local laundrette.

We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.
