It is accessed from the Serpentina, a tree-lined road that connects upper Termini with lower Termini. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes, along the characteristic cobblestone streets. The equipped lido, the port and the train station are also within walking distance.

Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
