The spacious beds with firm mattresses, plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, pool and outdoor grill provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. For trips to Palermo or the more distant sandy beaches, a car is recommended, but within walking distance you’ll find a rocky beach, a super well-equipped small supermarket (B+F), and “Ganci” – always open for very affordable snacks, cafe, gelato, or a spritz. Villa Claudia offers the best of both worlds: ideal for spending a few relaxing days there and as a perfect base to begin wonderful experiences in Palermo, at lively beaches, or in the hinterland.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

We had an amazing time. The place was very clean, views were stunning. Host was attentive and responsive. Care was given to provide many items to ensure we had all the items we needed on our arrival. Extremely thoughtful! We had two young children and were please to have everything we needed for them to lunch on arrival. So many special touches!! We had a hard time leaving, we hope to be back soon! Special thanks to Antonio, we won’t say goodbye but rather arrivederci !

My husband and I, with our one year old, had an amazing time at Dario's! His apartment was pristine, so tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. Location wise - could not be better! We are already discussing when we will return. We could not recommend this more!

The house is beautifully situated on a small hill. The garden is laid out with an incredible amount of love. We enjoyed every second there!! Margherita, her partner and her father are absolutely warm hosts and welcomed us very kindly. The house is equipped with everything you need. A special highlight is the heated whirlpool with a view of the valley We would love to come back!!❤️

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

Stunning location. On the front side, the (small) mount Bonifato and the sea; on the back, hilly Sicily as far as the eye can see. Very peaceful, one can enjoy some days of calm here. Hosts are very welcoming and cleanliness was much appreciated. One point to consider for car entusiasts: in case of a lowered/sport car, the last 200m of acces road could be a challenge.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed, including AC which was great during the hot days. The balcony was beautiful. Our host was very kind and welcoming, which made everything really easy. Would happily stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Daniela's place and felt right at home. A beautiful spot with amazing food nearby. Hopefully we can return one day!

Wish we could stay longer and hope we can come back! Spectacular outlook from this beautiful place. So much history! It was the perfect base and easy access by foot to any sights. Peaceful yet you felt in the thick of colourful Palermo also. Kind and friendly host. Just book!!!!

The location is fantastic to explore Palermo, everything is walking distance in the centre. The apartment is spacious and well decorated with all you could need for a stay. Palermo is a fascinating city with a great atmosphere. Antonella was very responsive around check in and helped us with recommendations

One of my favorite airbnb stays! Our host communicated clearly with us in advance. He arranged transportation that dropped us off right at the apartment. He met us there and showed us around the apartment and gave us helpful hints and suggestions. He even went over and beyond and left us a special gift as we were celebrating our anniversary. We had our young children with us who also loved their room. The location was AMAZING! walking distance from major sites: Quattro canti, palazzo dei normanni, palermo cathedral, ballaro market, and teatro massimo, as well as walking distance to the train station if you need to take a day trip. despite being in the center of historic palermo, it was tucked away, so it still was quiet and peaceful. The streets leading to the appt were safe, even at night. I would 100% recommend this apartment, and hope to return in the future.

Exceptional apartment, walking distance to all the sights and food. Very comfortable place with everything you would need. And yes the balcony view was fantastic, especially early morning and sunset. Antonio was a great host, reliable and communicated promptly. Palermo is a vibrant city and we loved it! Love to come back and stay again!

The apartment was wonderful, even nicer than the pictures and was so great to relax in after long days of exploring Palermo. The location was perfect just away from the crowded streets but central enough to walk every where including the station. It’s in a lovely square with a great bar and friendly staff that we enjoyed going to everyday! There is loud music from the bar until late in the evenings on fri & sat only but this wasn’t a surprise to us as other guests had mentioned it and it didn’t bother us. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

Lorenzo was very kind and discreet but always available if needed. The accommodation is more than adequate for a holiday stay with beautiful outdoor terraces and swimming pool with great views overlooking the sea. We did not have a car but a local bus is just a few minutes away for Cefalu. Beach is in walking distance. I would highly recommend if one is seeking a peaceful holiday

We had a great time staying at the large spacious villa. A real nice view from the terrace on the pool and sea and garden! Very friendly and helpful host Guiseppe. I can really recommend this beautiful villa!

We loved our stay at Marida's and Beppe's place. The little villa's are cozy, comfortable and have all you need. Also for staying with a baby of 11 months old. The garden is beautiful and the pool is the best, with an amazing view. Good to know for young parents, the (non video) baby monitor we took with us reached from our villa to the pool! The location of the stay is a good base to explore several beautiful fishing villages, beaches and of course Palermo. The only downside being that while the closest village is at an okay walking distance, the unpaved road to walk on is not suitable for the average baby stroller. To close off, hosts Marida, Beppe (and Bonbon!) are very friendly and thoughtful hosts. With a very interesting background in science and art, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful house to spend a week's vacation with the family! The view is breathtaking!! Beautiful outdoor spaces 10 min from Cefalu by car Responsive and flexible host I recommend it!

Very good welcome from Giorgio, the house as well as the exteriors are very good. The view is superb and the accommodation is very close to the beach. The two small downsides are the unheated pool (in May it's cold but in summer I think it shouldn't be a problem) and the accommodation is not completely private. We were not affected for our stay because the owner was not present but the house is separated into two parts and the owners can be present during your stay. Specifying this can avoid disappointment upon arrival... On the other hand, in terms of cleanliness, amenities and location, there is nothing to say, it was perfect.
