The accommodation is exactly as advertised. All very cozy and clean. Apartment very well located, close to the main shops of the upper neighbourhood, we did everything walking. We will definitely return.

Mr. Bernardo guided us, with details, speed, attention and education, extremes, as to the location, check-in, functionality of the apartment, shops and services of the surroundings and even the best way to park the car in the garage, which avoided any difficulty at the beginning of the stay. Over the course of the days, all our doubts were immediately resolved by him, with the same attention, interest and education at the beginning. The apartment is wonderful and equipped to the satisfaction. For sure, we will occupy you the next time.

It was an amazing experience! The apartment is super cozy and very well equipped. The cleanliness is impeccable and the aroma of lavender is charming. The location is perfect, with pharmacies and markets nearby, including one right in front of the apartment. It is ideal for those who do not have a car, as it is just minutes from places such as feirinha, Viva Italia and Fonte Judite. We highly recommend it! Our son also loved the view from the window, as he loves to watch the cars.

We love Cantinho da Dona Maria, a historic place in Teresópolis, close to several tourist spots, we did everything on foot. Many restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. The building's doormen were very helpful and attentive. So was Mrs. Maria from the first contact, kind, attentive and helpful.

We were very well received. The house is very large, and met our expectations, everything was very clean and organized. The location is very good, in the commercial center. Isabela made us feel very comfortable and did everything to welcome us in the best possible way, we had flexibility in the check out (which was extremely important). The house has everything you need. On our next return to Teresópolis, we will definitely want to stay here.

We loved Ivânia's house. The environment is clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the gourmet area is great and functional. Access to two of the three bedrooms is by stairs, but that was not a problem for us. The location is also very good, on a quiet residential street, a few minutes from Feirinha do Alto, restaurants, malls, bakeries, pharmacies and the supermarket. We had a great stay and had no problems. Recommended!

We were four adults, a two-year-old and two dogs and we were very comfortable throughout the house and common areas. The house is as advertised, with all rooms very clean and great location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic utensils, plus a microwave, Airfryer and sandwich maker. Great pool for adults and kids - my niece loved it because in one of the parts she could stand and play safely. Marluce was super helpful, careful and very kind! She is easy to communicate with and always willing to help.

Walled td house perfect for child safety and pet! The brook in the background and calm and clean! It was days of peace and a lot of joy, we and our pet love every second! I highly recommend it!

Our impression was that the house has a quality that surpasses the photos, unlike what usually happens in other locations. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, environment with lots of green, and full of amenities, very well equipped. Rosane is an excellent hostess, very polite and attentive. There was a problem apparently in the water pressurizer before reaching the gas heater, but we understand that these are unexpected things that can happen, and Rosane will already act to solve. We hope to return one day to spend more pleasant moments in Teresópolis.

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and is in a beautiful condominium, with a large lake. It is an oasis of beauty and peace.
