House holiday rentals in Teresópolis

We were very well received. The house is very large, and met our expectations, everything was very clean and organized. The location is very good, in the commercial center. Isabela made us feel very comfortable and did everything to welcome us in the best possible way, we had flexibility in the check out (which was extremely important). The house has everything you need. On our next return to Teresópolis, we will definitely want to stay here.

We had a great stay, the flexibility of check-in helped us a lot. The house is excellent and Mr. Marcos very attentive and polite.

The place is Amazing! I spent the weekend celebrating Valentine's Day and it was perfect. Isolated, quiet location, perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility. The outdoor area is very cozy, I confess that it was the part I stayed the most. I just missed something to light the barbecue, because due to the humid/cold weather, the woods are more difficult to light for the fireplace. Besides, there is nothing to declare. The host is super helpful, every time I sent a message I was answered. I received clear directions on how to get there. The environment is calm and safe, with plenty of space to walk outside the residence. I will come back more often for sure!

It's my second time at Flávia's house and once again it was days of a lot of family rest, in a great, welcoming space and with all the amenities needed to make everything very enjoyable. Flávia as it has always been a lot requests and made us super comfortable. I hope to return more often!! =D

We spent a simply wonderful weekend in this impeccable house in Teresópolis, next to friends and family. The experience was perfect from start to finish! The house is extremely well cared for, comfortable, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. You can see the affection and attention to detail in each environment, including everything that existed for the children. We truly feel at home! Even without being present, the owners were extremely attentive and careful in ensuring that everything was perfect for us and it made all the difference! A special thank you to Rodrigo, who received us personally with such kindness, sympathy and availability — we felt welcomed from the first moment. We would love to come back and experience new moments as special as this weekend. It was amazing.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house, everything was very organized, full kitchen, the condominium is a gem, with a pool... we were very well attended, it was a great stay.

Sítio Tatu is an enchanted place! Upon arriving at the house, we were very well received by Paulo, the homemaker, who presented the place to us with extreme kindness. Everyone in the city is very welcoming and friendly. The house is a charm, not to mention the terrain that is a wonder of nature. You can feel the history of this family in every corner. Looking forward to returning to this special place:) Note: If you go without a car I recommend calling a taxi on the bus station and follow the location indicated by the hosts. On the way back we marked with the same driver for no concern, as the place does not get a signal right.

The house is cozy, fully equipped. We had a water issue which was promptly solved. The staff that works for the house was also very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was quiet! Maurício was generous with the checkout. Mrs. Zezé was welcoming. We had very happy and pleasant days. The shower had nice and hot water for the cold weather. The fireplace needs to be checked, but we saw that they are looking for a solution, we hope when we return we can use it with satisfaction.

It was excellent, wonderful house, very comfortable and organized. A quiet and very beautiful place, very close to the commercial and tourist center. I highly recommend. Hostess, polite and very attentive. I feel at home there. !!!!!

Márcia was extremely friendly and always responded very quickly. We are a group of 7 friends and we were all very well accommodated. The house is a separate case. Extremely clean, airy, wonderful and fragrant bedding. It was very worth it!

Everything is great! Since the first contact Guilherme and Claudia were very responsive, helped in everything and very flexible with the schedules. We were greeted with coffee and cake, impeccable and super complete house, all that is needed for the stay. Very cozy, spacious and comfortable. We were 10 adults and 2 children, we were very comfortable, water from showers and hot taps, spacious refrigerators, easy access and very cozy. We recommend the stay!!

It was an excellent stay at Nathalia’s place . She was very attentive and respectful and took care of any issues we had. The place is complete and beautiful. We really enjoyed the stay and the neighbors were kind and friendly. Definitely recommend and come back soon.

The house is at the top of the Ingá Park in a very quiet place! We love the house, which has a large well lawn yard and also has a parking space (but it is not covered). Towels and bedding of great quality and also provided blankets, duvets, etc., if we needed it. The complete kitchen, with everything else necessary, to prepare any meal. The house has a swimming pool and unfortunately we ended up not using it because it was dirty in our stay, but I understand that it was something punctual. The house has a 20-liter gallon watering hole (very good), just pay attention to the water supplier, because we ordered a delivery in the morning, they rolled us up until the night and didn't take it! Cristina (who answered us well during all the requests) who saved us, buying and taking a gallon for us, even though it was night! Cristina's father is also very friendly (Mr. Joel) and changed the heating gas from the showers for us. There's a fireplace in the living room, but unfortunately it wasn't cold enough for u

We rented the house to enjoy a little chill and rest, connect with nature and it was great. This earthy energy, running water, no cell signal (but I worked perfectly on Friday with wi-fi) of the house... perfect! Ideal for meetings with friends and family, great outdoor atmosphere for barbecues, swimming pool with area for small children. I am very grateful to Carolina and Mario for the flexibility and courtesy assistance in all contacts! I intend to return with a larger group🥰.

Anna Clara responded promptly, even though I was staying at the last minute, she responded to messages promptly and cordially. The house was consistent with the advertisement, with a beautiful gourmet area and equipped with a view of the pool, which provided us with good times with my family. Anna's father, who welcomed us, was very kind and gave us all the necessary information to enjoy the city and the stay. And the main point that we really liked is that we went to the main tourist spots without needing a car, because the location is great for doing everything on foot in a very relaxed way.

The house is very beautiful, spacious and was clean and presentable on our arrival. The condominium is quite safe, with very strict rules, and does not allow guests to visit. Being a construction of the 70s, the house needs updating/maintenance, especially hydraulic and electricity, as well as sofas and armchairs of the room need to renovate the upholstery. We had bad luck with the weather, it rained 8 of the 9 days of our stay. The house could have exercise equipment, such as treadmill or bike (there is plenty of room for this), for situations like this. There is only one television (in the living room) in the whole house, we miss more TVs, since the accommodation is for 14 people and has 5 bedrooms. The internet is good, it is good in almost the whole house, it is what saved us, because with the bad time, SKY did not work. Finally, a special thank you to Aldair, an employee of the house and who commanded the kitchen during our stay. He did everything to please and solve the problems that arose.

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Beautiful Gramado! A delight to have a coffee in the morning in the hammock listening to the birds. Although the house is in a gated condominium overlooking the green, there is easy access to markets and bakeries, and can even be done by. Artur was extremely attentive with us. We want to go back now!

The place is quite cozy, has a great structure, was very clean and organized, comfortable beds, check-in and check-out occurred without hassle. It was easy to get there. The host answered all my questions quickly and accurately, very attentive and friendly, was always on standby for all questions and requests. The stay was wonderful, I will go other times!

Erika welcomed us very well, the house was tidy and organized, the view from the house to the Dedo de Deus is beautiful, we made a fire at night, it was very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay!

My stay was PERFECT! The house is exactly as in the photos, the gourmet area is exceptional! Everything works, the household appliances are of excellent quality, the decoration is of great good taste. The bed and bath linens were very clean and did not smell of mold/stored. The blankets were of good quality, the shower heats up very well! My family and I had a great time. We had a barbecue, played UNO, drank wine, and spent time with the family. Andrea is wonderful too, super attentive, responds very quickly and, despite the lack of 2 towels, she quickly resolved it. The house is great for those who want to enjoy the house, whether as a couple or as a family, as it is 50 minutes from the Teresópolis fair, for example. In other words, it is a very isolated place, with no restaurants or bars nearby. For me, everything was perfect and I intend to return soon!

Our impression was that the house has a quality that surpasses the photos, unlike what usually happens in other locations. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, environment with lots of green, and full of amenities, very well equipped. Rosane is an excellent hostess, very polite and attentive. There was a problem apparently in the water pressurizer before reaching the gas heater, but we understand that these are unexpected things that can happen, and Rosane will already act to solve. We hope to return one day to spend more pleasant moments in Teresópolis.
