Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Terceira Island

Very nice place, clean and the view is amazing. It has everything that you need to cook, nice sofa and even washing machine etc. Very nice.

Isabel's place was super charming! It is a nice walk down to the natural swimming holes. The place had everything you need to relax and unwind. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this accomodation, The house was close to the city, but still in a quiet neigborhood. The house itself was really beautiful and the driveway + gate were great to have with our rental car. André was really communicative and proactive in giving tips about what we could see and do on Terceira. If we come back to this Island, we would definitely look for André's accomodation again!

When we arrived there was Catarina waiting for us, introducing us to the house and providing a guide of sights that we could not miss (despite being a physical document, there was a QRCode so we could have the PDF document on mobile phone). This help was sensational to organize the vacation days. The house was very clean and had all the amenities for us to enjoy the house. Outside space is quite pleasant, no noise is heard, only the noise of the sea.

A cozy house that has all the necessities for a stay at Terceira. Honestly was pleasantly surprised by a drier that feels like should be in any azorean home. Home feels spacious and clean, really enjoyed my stay there.

Staying at Banana Eco Camp was great. The last time I got to sleep in a cabin was probably way back at summer camp during elementary school, but I've never stayed in a cabin this fancy – it had a comfy bed and electricity. There was a kitchen with a dining area, a toilet, and a shower available, and we never had any issues with hot water. A great bonus was the café right there at the camp, where we could grab breakfast with a delicious local coffee. It was a really cool experience for us, and we'd love to come back again. Communication with the camp owner was excellent – he explained everything to us and happily answered all our questions. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We had a great time; the location is timeless ; be immersed in unspoiled nature respecting the environment and using few lights . Starry nights in the hammock looking at the sky with no price . Great attention to detail; and Duarte is very loving and direct; always attentive to your needs and resolution. We will definitely be back 🫶

Very good stay! Atypical, we finally opted for the 4-person cottage because the bathroom and toilet are inside, the space is more comfortable! Breakfasts facing the sea are a must! Marcel, Bernardo and Elysabetha are very attentive ;) Small plus, the unlimited bananas are greatly appreciated ^^ Small minus, no swimming beach nearby... but natural pools nearby... I highly recommend the experience.

The place was a great experience. The small house was comfortable and clean. We had free bio bananas hanging in the kitchen. If you want to have an experience closer to nature, it is recommendable. Also great Cafe and friendly people

Banana Camp is tucked away just outside of town, right in the middle of a banana plantation – such a peaceful little retreat. We stayed in one of the cosy cabins, with four of us sharing for two nights. Marcel was brilliant – he gave us tips on exploring the island and even picked fresh bananas for us! We also learnt loads about how they farm bananas and other produce on the camp, which was really interesting. The cabin had everything we needed: super comfy mattresses, a small kitchenette, shower and toilet. There’s also a shared outdoor kitchen with the essentials if you fancy cooking. We loved the hammock area for relaxing, and the ducks wandering about added to the charm. Breakfast at the café was absolutely delicious – a lovely way to start the day. All in all, a great stay.

Wonderful stay in this unique place – it was the cherry on top of our 3-week trip through the Azores. To really get the most out of it, you have to chat with Marcel – his stories about growing bananas, passion fruit, and tasting their homegrown coffee are just amazing. His hospitality and passion for what he and the team are doing is absolutely contagious. On the practical side: the room was clean and the bed comfy. We had the smallest cabin, which was totally fine for a 2-night stay – but if you're planning to stay longer, it might be worth going for a bigger one so you have more space to unpack and settle in. The kitchen setup is great – perfect for making your own meals and having a chat with fellow travelers. Each cabin has its own shelf and fridge box for storing your stuff, and there’s a good chance you’ll find spices, oil, and other useful ingredients left by previous guests. If we ever come back to Terceira, we’ll definitely stay with Marcel again!
