The house faces a stream, has total privacy and complete insertion in nature, with large trees and green fields.

Old windmill built in the 19th century and vacant since 1934,o Moinho do Tareco is the last example of this type of construction in the Azores Archipelago. Located 5 minutes from the natural pools of Biscoitos, this tiny house it was recently restored and adapted to host 2 people, featuring on the upper floor a bedroom with a double bed and, on the lower floor, a small kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old house. It is on the 2nd floor of the house and last. It has access by rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, barbecue and enjoyment of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 consisting of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and common room.
