Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Terceira Island

Very nice place, clean and the view is amazing. It has everything that you need to cook, nice sofa and even washing machine etc. Very nice.

Isabel's place was super charming! It is a nice walk down to the natural swimming holes. The place had everything you need to relax and unwind. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this accomodation, The house was close to the city, but still in a quiet neigborhood. The house itself was really beautiful and the driveway + gate were great to have with our rental car. André was really communicative and proactive in giving tips about what we could see and do on Terceira. If we come back to this Island, we would definitely look for André's accomodation again!

Quando chegámos estava a Catarina à nossa espera, apresentando-nos a casa e facultando um guia de pontos turísticos que não podíamos perder (apesar de ser um documento físico, havia um QRCode para que pudéssemos ter o documento em PDF em telemóvel). Esta ajuda foi sensacional para organizar os dias de férias. A casa estava limpíssima e tinha todas as comodidades necessárias para usufruirmos da casa. O espaço exterior é bastante agradável, não se ouve qualquer ruído, apenas o barulho do mar.

A cozy house that has all the necessities for a stay at Terceira. Honestly was pleasantly surprised by a drier that feels like should be in any azorean home. Home feels spacious and clean, really enjoyed my stay there.

Staying at Banana Eco Camp was great. The last time I got to sleep in a cabin was probably way back at summer camp during elementary school, but I've never stayed in a cabin this fancy – it had a comfy bed and electricity. There was a kitchen with a dining area, a toilet, and a shower available, and we never had any issues with hot water. A great bonus was the café right there at the camp, where we could grab breakfast with a delicious local coffee. It was a really cool experience for us, and we'd love to come back again. Communication with the camp owner was excellent – he explained everything to us and happily answered all our questions. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo ; La location è senza tempo ; vieni immerso nella natura incontaminata rispettando l’ambiente ed utilizzando poche luci . Le notti stellate nel amaca guardando il cielo senza prezzo . Grande attenzione al dettaglio ; e Duarte molto amorevole e diretto ; sempre attento ai tuoi bisogni e risolutivo . Très bon séjour ! Atypique, nous avons finalement opté pour le chalet 4 personnes car la salle de bain et le wc se trouve à l’intérieur , l’espace y est plus confort ! Les petits déjeuners face à la mer sont incontournables! Marcel , Bernardo et Elysabetha son juste aux petits soins ;) Petit plus le régime de bananes à volonté est largement apprécié ^^ Petit moins , pas de plage baignable à côté .. mais des piscines naturelles à proximité.. je recommande vivement l’expérience.

Pobyt w kameralnym domku na farmie bananów to z pewnością unikatowe doświadczenie. Zdecydowaliśmy się na obiekt Marcela, ponieważ oferował coś zupełnie innego i nie zawiedliśmy się! Miejsce jest piękne, spokojne i ciche. Każdy domek jest właściwie zagubiony wśród drzew bananowców, co sprawia, że można odczuć dużo prywatności. Nasz domek (Maracuya) był niewielki, ale komfortowy i czysty. Wspólna kuchnia była całkiem nieźle wyposażona i regularnie sprzątana. Prysznice bardzo schludne i czyste. Listy udogodnień dopełniają ogólnie dostępne hamaki, w których można się zrelaksować wsłuchując się w śpiew ptaków (i nic więcej) i miejsce na ognisko z darmowym dostępem do zapasu drewna, gdzie spędziliśmy przemiły wieczór. Kontakt z gospodarzem był świetny już na wiele dni przed przyjazdem. Na miejscu musieliśmy tylko czekać kilka minut na pojawienie się Marcela przy recepcji, ale zaraz potem oprowadził nas po obiekcie i opowiedział o farmie. Gorąco polecam!

Banana Camp is tucked away just outside of town, right in the middle of a banana plantation – such a peaceful little retreat. We stayed in one of the cosy cabins, with four of us sharing for two nights. Marcel was brilliant – he gave us tips on exploring the island and even picked fresh bananas for us! We also learnt loads about how they farm bananas and other produce on the camp, which was really interesting. The cabin had everything we needed: super comfy mattresses, a small kitchenette, shower and toilet. There’s also a shared outdoor kitchen with the essentials if you fancy cooking. We loved the hammock area for relaxing, and the ducks wandering about added to the charm. Breakfast at the café was absolutely delicious – a lovely way to start the day. All in all, a great stay.

Wonderful stay in this unique place – it was the cherry on top of our 3-week trip through the Azores. To really get the most out of it, you have to chat with Marcel – his stories about growing bananas, passion fruit, and tasting their homegrown coffee are just amazing. His hospitality and passion for what he and the team are doing is absolutely contagious. On the practical side: the room was clean and the bed comfy. We had the smallest cabin, which was totally fine for a 2-night stay – but if you're planning to stay longer, it might be worth going for a bigger one so you have more space to unpack and settle in. The kitchen setup is great – perfect for making your own meals and having a chat with fellow travelers. Each cabin has its own shelf and fridge box for storing your stuff, and there’s a good chance you’ll find spices, oil, and other useful ingredients left by previous guests. If we ever come back to Terceira, we’ll definitely stay with Marcel again!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Duarte! Er ist ein fleißiger, bemerkenswerter Mann, der das Anwesen selbst erbaut hat und aufrecht erhält. Er behandelt seine Gäste wie seine Familie und ist total hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt, wobei man sich zurückziehen oder mit anderen Gästen in Kontakt treten kann. Warme Empfehlung :)
