Mauricio was very attentive even before arriving. Due to a miscommunication the depto was not cleaned, but as soon as we let him know he sent us personal to do a very good cleaning. He even gave us a second cleaning halfway through our 8 day stay. Resolved any issues quickly. Fluid communication by messaging app. It's a small resort with pools, gardens, parking, and a small restaurant serving breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as a small rooftop gym with nice views. From what we have seen from Mexico, cities take up a lot of space because everything are low houses, so the location within Cuernavaca, being good, you have to go to all the places by car. As for safety, we found it very safe, since there is a safety cabin so only the residents can access.

The place is very nice. Very relaxing. Even though it was a quick stay. It was pleasant. There is a small restaurant upstairs where the food is very tasty and the people are very friendly. Food machines at the reception. The place is really complete. The pool is huge and clean. And the apartment is very cozy. Everything is good.

The accommodation is excellent, the apartment is as described, very clean, very spacious, and we loved the privacy and tranquility of the subdivision, Ana Paola is always attentive, we would definitely return. PS air conditioning in the upstairs room would be excellent. 👌🏼

Our stay at this property was incredible. We felt very secure, with a private gate guard and our own parking spot. The massive heated pool was the best part. Food and drinks were easily available. The location is convenient. A police station was at the subdivision entrance, and multiple convenience stores were nearby. Inside, the home had natural light from skylights in the kitchen and second bathroom. The AC units worked well, and hot water was always available. The area was quiet, with only bird sounds in the mornings. Driving to Cuernavaca was easy. Our host was extremely helpful. They provided great recommendations. We highly recommend this property, especially for families. The pool, security, and convenience make it an excellent choice.

I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great. I would definitely choose it again.

Very nice and big house, has a lot of space and lots of rooms. The hosts are very friendly, Mrs. Ruth is very helpful and kind. The kitchen is super equipped! It's pet friendly! My dogs were very comfortable in the garden and throughout the house. She has mosquito nets throughout the house, but mosquitoes manage to sneak in, I recommend to wear repellent.

A quiet and beautiful place, there was privacy, the only bad thing is that if you don't go by car, the only way to get to the accommodation is by taxi and sometimes they overcharge. From there, the manager greeted us and was attentive. She was very kind, and the house is very cool and comfortable.

The house is very nice and cozy at the same time, its spaces are perfect for relaxing, playing in the garden, swimming in the pool or jacuzzi, and it has a very nice terrace that connects the whole house. If you want to eat or have breakfast outside, the terrace is very comfortable because you go directly from the kitchen to the outdoor dining room and they have a very nice space. The house staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need at any time. (Really at any time) We will definitely be back
