They are well equipped with ensuite, television sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside but also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford which has lots of pubs and restaurants the Lodges, our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country, you may fish the lake or swim in it

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Good size 2 storey modern 3 bedroom home in Chelmsford. Only 15 minute walk to mainline train into london and 5 minutes from Broomfield Hospital. Bus stop and local shops 300 yards away. Feel at home with the large kitchen diner that leads onto the large decking area with BBQ. Chill out in the evening with a glass of wine in the snug room and watch all sky channels, including sky movies, sky sports, and netflix. 2 large double rooms and a single room available to sleep 6 people.

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

Really lovely spot. Travelled to visit Colchester and Dedham Vale. Penny and her husband made my dad and I feel at home in this pretty corner of Essex as we stayed in their open plan barn (lower floor). We were greeted upon arrival despite hold-ups meaning we arrived late and Penny showed us round. Their estate has a beautiful walk around which we made the most of and Penny recommended a number of spots to visit - we enjoyed a walk in a nearby wood. The room was light and comfortable, both beds were more than adequate and I enjoyed the ensemble of paintings and ornaments on display - it felt like a little home for a few days. Would recommend to a friend.

Nigel was the perfect host and his apartment was ideal for my stay. Spacious, bright, multiple balconies, great amenities with lots of towels and comfy bed and furnishings. Apartment is nestled in amongst some lovely restaurants, bars and cafes and a short 8-10 min walk from the bars on the seafront. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be booking Nigel’s place.

Fantastic stay! The apartment was comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was very peaceful. Short drive to Braintree village. Great value for money. The little touches like amenities and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits really made a difference. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable, well equipped caravan. Travel cot easy to put in largest bedroom. Good amenities, bonus of small bath ideal for babies. Lovely decking area which catches the sun and clear easy instructions for access. Will be booking again!

Very quiet, bijou house. While we did not meet our hosts, we knew that we could contact them at any time. Instructions to reach the very out-of-the-way cottage were spot on. The house was in pristine condition. If fact, we were slightly surprised when we discovered that others had stayed there over the previous couple of months. There were some good and accessible walks for our dog. We visited several places, including Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge, Aldeburgh, The Maltings, Southwold and more, based on the Rough Guide to Norfolk and Suffolk. Excellent seafood restaurants and pubs in the area.

Perfection ✨️ We were lucky enough to be the first guests at this property, we needed somewhere to stay while we worked in the area and Becky provided the perfect home! With everything you need for a short or long stay, comfortable beds, a BIG bath, a stunning suntrap of a backyard with a beautiful lawn, not to mention the high quality styling and treats to welcome you! This home has all the creature comforts and more! Super convenient location, Very close to the beach aswell as only a few minute walk to restaurants, shops ect. Also having 2x private parking spots is a massive plus! Becky is a very understanding and accomodating host, we had a few hiccups on our end and she did everything to ensure everything ran smoothly, Thanks again, if we work in the area again we will definately be staying here ♡

Anna was super speedy with replies to any queries and always friendly and helpful. 100% recommend. We had a blast and wish we could have stayed longer.
