Fisherman’s cottage with lovely garden in which you can relax and enjoy your stay. Your dogs are welcome! The cottage is a 5 minute walk from the Marina, 10 minutes from the sea and in the other direction 5 minutes from town. Across the road you can walk your dogs through the field and along the creek. There are lovely restaurants, cafes, a Coop, Spa and Tesco’s express, not to mention the ice cream parlour! There is a skate park, childrens’ playground, boating lake and a lido all within 10 mins

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Ideal location whether you are visiting Clacton for business or leisure. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the sea front. The town centre supermarket is a 2 minute walk away and so is the town centre. There is off-road parking for 1 car. Aside from the beach, popular local amenities include the pier and arcades as well as the cinema (£3.50) and there are plenty of great local restaurants. All within easy walking distance.

In the heart of lower Wivenhoe on the quay, our little self-contained cottage was once part of the home of The Colne Marine and Yacht Company. Its thick brick walls and quiet and pretty disposition, defy its former role as a working yard where timber yachts were crafted and repaired, drawn up inside at high tide. Beautiful Cosy flat refurbished to a very high standard and suitable for 2 people. Close to Palace Theatre, Hamlet Court Road, London Road and Southend High Street. The bathroom consists of shower, WC and sink. It is not big but it is fully functional.
