Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tende

Enrico und seine Frau sind freundliche, herzliche und offene Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super, die zwei sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Gerne komme ich wieder vorbei, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Super hôtes ! très accueillants et prévenants. Merci Elaine et Rutger . La maison est très chaleureuse et a beaucoup de cachet. La vue sur la mer est sublime. Une pépite dans un magnifique jardin, où l'on entends les oiseaux chantés. Les couchages sont de qualités, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout est fidèle aux photos. Il n'y a pas de perte d'espace. Les accès à la mer sont directs (en 3 minutes) et à la gare aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture durant tout le séjour. Bravo !

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Chalet idéalement situé avec un très bel extérieur(jardin/terrasses)et un intérieur confortable particulièrement la salle de vie spacieuse et accueillante. Tout y est pour s y sentir bien.

Superbe maison ancienne rénovée avec goût et élégamment décorée avec matériaux exceptionnels. La literie est excellente et très confortable, les équipements de qualité tout à fait supérieure. La vue est époustouflante. La piscine est un peu petite pour faire des longueurs, mais toutefois très agréable. L’accueil était parfait et très arrangeant. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve et sommes partis requinqués et inspirés.

Très beau petit appartement au calme, bien agencé avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle. Aisha, toujours très accueillante et serviable avec toujours ces petites attentions envers ses hôtes. Forcément nous reviendrons.

Wir hatten ein paar wirklich schöne Tage in Montegrazie und der Gegend um Imperia. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, sie bietet viel Platz und die Aufteilung ist sehr gut geeignet um auch zu viert zu bleiben. Der Hammer ist die Dachterrasse mit dem 360° Ausblick. Louis und Arne sind die Besten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann, immer Hilfsbereit mit Restaurantempfehlungen die allesamt Volltreffer waren. Ich bin sicher, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da. We had a fantastic stay - the Airbnb was clean and in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. Cecilia was very communicative and a great host. We would happily return to this Airbnb again!

The apartment is huge and maybe nicer than the photos show. Large rooms, high ceilings, and a pleasant atmosphere looking out over a lush courtyard. Bountiful air conditioning, good WiFi, and quiet at night. The location is excellent- very central to the train station, the old town, and the promenade. It’s extremely convenient to transportation (which is really easy to use in Nice). The big train station is a close walk, but it’s also a block away from both tram lines as well as multiple major bus lines. Great place.

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre Andre's apartment. Doumé was incredibly helpful and communicative. We were right by the train station and a tram stop which made it super easy to get around. Would highly recommend staying here!!

L'appartement est très bien situé et la vue magnifique. La proximité de la plage définitement un atout. Proximité des services, boulangerie juste sous l'appart, croissants frais tous les matins! Stationnement une lègère gymnastique pour minimiser les frais mais à proximité. Pour le bruit, la rue est achalandée et vivante mais les chambres donnent sur l'arrière, donc pas un problème du tout. Les lits étaient très confortables.

Amandine og Stephane’s lejlighed skabte de bedste rammer for vores tur til Cannes og byerne omkring. Lejligheden ligger på den hyggeligste gade der emmer af sydfransk charme. Selve lejligheden var super flot. Fantastisk udsigt udover Cannes. Alt var virkelig rent og pænt og vi manglede ingenting. Amandine og Stéphane var der selv til at tage imod os og det skabte en dejlig velkomst. Alt i alt en super god oplevelse uden en finger at sætte på noget som helst.

Thank you for a great stay, peaceful location but close enough to Cannes to enjoy a walk along the coastline. Lovely place,balcony was lovely to sit in the evening too.

This place was adorable and central to everything In town! Close to shops, restaurants, public transport. The host was also fantastic with great recommendations and everything you needed for a perfect beach day. She helped us get settled and checked in and was always available to answer any questions. Absolutely loved our stay in Nice largely due to the kindness of our host. Thanks again Patricia!!

Julien war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben ihn immer wieder innerhalb der Anlage angetroffen und uns sehr nett mit Julien unterhalten. Er hatte uns einige nützliche Tipps gegeben. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage ist ein Auto erforderlich. Wir konnten unser Auto gut und geschützt innerhalb der Anlage parken. Das Apartment ließ sich sehr gut finden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Alloggio splendido, sia nella parte interna che quella esterna, dotata di piscina, sauna e vasca idromassaggio, che l'host ci ha fatto trovare riscaldata per il nostro arrivo. Casa pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Host molto amichevoli e super disponibili

Es hat einfach an wirklich gar nichts gefehlt. Dank eurer Unterstützung wurde es ein schöner Aufenthalt der uns in Erinnerung bleibt. Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Enrico was a great host. Always on hand but still gave us good space to enjoy the property. He was helpful when we had an emergency too. Nice property in the hills

We absolutely loved our stay, the villa is incredible even better in person and clearly well looked after! We would 100% return - Vence is a stunning village and easy access to a Nice. Alexandre was very helpful to us and responsive. Thanks again!

Nico was a wonderful host, he waited up for us and gave us a tour of all the houses features, including the swimming pool, a barbecue and even a pizza oven. Water pressure was great, and plenty of public areas, both indoors and outdoors. The only possible drawback is that you have to drive up and down the hill to get into Metro Nice, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, that's actually a plus. We highly recommend Nico and his house. We would gladly stay there again.
