Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Templeton

A retreat right in the heart of Paso's vineyards! Janis' free-standing, lovely little home is perfect for two to four adults. It's in a perfect location and sits on a gently sloping hill overlooking her (Pelletiere Winery) vineyard. The rooms and patio were lovely and we felt very comfortable in her home. The beds were comfortable and well appointed as were the bathrooms. We hope to stay again at harvest!

We really enjoyed the place, our two toddlers appreciated being able to have their own rooms and have the space to run around. We especially loved the large kitchen with its island for preparing breakfast. Was very convenient for us to use as a home base while we visited some local wineries. Would love to stay again.

We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The unit was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit (we wish it also had a dishwasher though). Its proximity to local attractions, especially Sensorio, was a huge plus. While the carpet was a bit spotty and could use some attention, and finding the street initially proved a little challenging, overall, we enjoyed our time and would happily visit again.

This was our 3rd stay in Nick and Lauren’s home in Atascadero. We love it here for all its comfort, amenities, cleanliness, privacy, and peace and quiet. If you are looking for a home away from home, you’ve found the perfect place to vacation and I highly recommend it. We are excited to return, again, in the fall. Thank you for everything and being excellent hosts.

Highly recommended! This house is located in a private and quiet area. Once you get past the entrance gate, there’s a private road leading to the home, which offers a beautiful view to a neighboring field of grapevines. From inside the home, there’s a beautiful view to the fields. If you are in town for the wine culture, consider planning a visit to Willow Creek Wine Co., who offers amazing chenin blancs, and Union Sacre for ecclectic wines. Overall, great experience.

Such a cute place! Perfect for two people. Area has so much to do, Nicholas’ place is in the middle of wineries, SLO, Morro Bay, etc. We were able to uber down to SLO for dinner and bar hopping easily. The rental was clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the front porch. Had lots of useful/helpful things like extra blankets, clothing steamer, well-stocked kitchen with coffee makers, toaster. Bed was very comfy as was the living room furniture. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Our stay at the luxury retreat at Serendpity farms was very enjoyable, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was a beautiful hilly a country setting very quiet and a great place for walking our dogs, our host Denise's was good about informing us on rules, check in and check out.

The place was absolutely adorable and very spacious. Beds are comfortable and all amenities were well thought out. Sarah was an amazing host who greeted me outside as I got there and even helped me find a plug for my Electric car. A first class experience.

Great accommodations with serene views. Super peaceful and immaculate rooms. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. The backyard goats are great plus!

This spot could not be more perfectly located for someone wanting to experience and spend time in Downtown SLO. The amenities and space were well stocked and helpfully organized. The entire place has so much charm and immediately felt at home. Check in was easy to do on my own and I was able to find parking right out front for my entire stay. Being just blocks from the main street of downtown SLO makes it perfect if you want to be walk to meals or coffee or downtown activities.

I was in the Bay Area celebrating a milestone birthday and wanted to take a few extra days to do wine tasting in Paso Robles. The home was perfect and in a great location. Once I got to the house, I never had to drive. It was an easy and short walk to the great downtown full of shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms. The instructions to get in was easy and clear and the space was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back soon!

We had a great experience staying at Castoro Vineyards. The property is stunning and well situated for exploring San Miguel and Paso Robles. The unit was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There were even snacks which were a very nice treat! I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and fun getaway, or if anyone wanted to stay in an actual vineyard - the vines started around 15 feet from the front door.

We had a lovely weekend getaway for a friend's wedding in SLO & my birthday! Such a beautiful place & the perfect Airbnb to be near the ocean 💙

The room, bathroom and kitchenette was more than enough space to relax and spread out with extra chairs and table and way more closet and drawer space than we’d ever need. We were even treated to hot-from-the-oven homemade muffins from Amalia which was an unexpected and nice surprise along with fresh locally roasted coffee, teas and other snacks. A travel suggestion of theirs made our return trip more scenic and enjoyable too. Great hosts, we recommend this place and will stay with them again.

Julie & Tim's place is a perfect location to easily visit San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles in a couple of days which is what we did. Julie left a couple of breakfast pastries and bagels which was especially nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was hot and the pressure good. A hot shower and a comfy bed is just what we needed to recharge for the the next day of exploring. We enjoyed staying here very much. Highly recommend.

The location of the Airbnb was absolutely marvelous, walking distance to anything and everything you needed. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was phenomenal and we were able to easily walk to and from downtown. The condo itself was wonderful and comfortably fit 5 of us. The rooftop patio was unforgettable, and we spent a lot of time up there enjoying the scenery. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting SLO!

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay at Marianne’s flat! The apartment felt spacious, clean, and had beautiful views. The location was ideal, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Marianne was very responsive and accommodated a later checkout time. We’d recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again in the future!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Spencer's place. The unit and location is great and we met some of the neighbors, who were wonderful. Convenient walking distance to everything in Avila and we enjoyed using the record player. It definitely brought back some memories. Spencer was quick to respond and went way out of his way to be helpful when i forgot a bag. I highly recommend it.
