Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tempe

The apartment is good inclouding clean and location. But someone parked their car in the apartment parking garage. It is considering the safety concerns.

Good location in Tempe, a couple miles from the university. Really nicely furnished apartment with high ceilings and nice amenities. The only problem is the other residents - trash left everywhere, the common areas smell like dog pee, weed smoke every day in the parking lot. I feel bad complaining about this because everything that is in the control of the Airbnb host is excellent, but the other components do have an impact on your stay.

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

This is my favorite place to stay in Phoenix! Clean, comfortable, pretty landscaping, even a kitchenette!

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

Madeline was a great host and responsive to any needs we may have had. We would definitely book here again on our next trip to PHX. The pool was definitely a plus in the heat as well. We had a great vacation.

Great amenities and plenty things for you to do. Love how they provided snacks for their guest. Great parking good location to hang out downtown.

Luis is so helpful and responsive! Very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. He checked in and made sure that check in and check out went smoothly and really made us feel welcomed.

What a great place to stay! We had 3 kids with us, and the pool and inside games were great to have! The house was clean, as was the pool. Lots of room for 8 of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. We loved staying here!

John Paul’s home in Tempe is absolutely beautiful! The listing photos are spot-on and truly reflect how the house looks in person. The exterior is just as lovely, with a clean driveway, charming walkway, and a peaceful neighborhood vibe. I especially loved that the park is right across the street—such a nice bonus! Inside, the home is bright and welcoming. The kitchen is stunning and offers a great view of the backyard and pool area. Speaking of the pool—it was warm, clean, and even had floaties ready to go! It’s the perfect setup for relaxing or having fun. Although I only stayed one night, I genuinely wish I could’ve stayed longer. The master bedroom’s bathroom was luxurious and such a highlight of the space. John Paul was an amazing host—super kind and accommodating. He gave us access to the garage and was very understanding when I accidentally brought my pet after forgetting to mention it. He even waived the pet fee since I had already paid. We had a wonderful stay! Andrew's place is gorgeous and very well appointed. The location is great and very accessible to Tempe and Mesa. There are many thoughtful details, and the home is designed to make guests feel at home and have fun. Very highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay! The host provided clear and timely communication before and throughout our visit, and was always easily accessible. When we noticed the pool filter wasn’t running properly, they quickly sent someone out to fix it—super responsive and professional. The home was perfectly set up for a large family with kids, with tons of games and activities for all ages. Even the adults had a blast joining in the fun! Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a group or family.

Sam was an excellent host. She was accommodating when I requested an early check-in due to coming from out of state. She made sure to awsner my questions in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home! So cozy and spacious. Immaculately clean! The backyard was an awesome hangout space. The neighborhood was so quiet and lovely. The home was a perfect location. We were always only about 15 mins from anything we wanted to do. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to AZ!

Cute, clean, quaint condo on a beautiful peaceful property. Stocked with basic essentials (even shampoo, conditioner and K cups for coffee) as well as what you’d typically expect. Great communication with Lil. If you’re staying in the Chandler area, id highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to campus, which was super convenient for my visit. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was excellent with communication—quick to respond and very helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated Jay’s flexibility with a late check-out, which made my travel day much less stressful. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed in Evelyn’s unit for 2 nights when my niece graduated from ASU. It is such a convenient location and Evelyn was a great host with prompt communication. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels, soap, pillows, blankets and plenty of things in the kitchen. We totally felt at home and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Alice was an excellent host and provided a fantastic space to meet our needs. The rental is convenient to the University, yet still quiet and restful. We loved the intimate patio in the early morning while it was still cool. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

Our stay was great and Erick accommodated a very specific request from us that required him going above and beyond on a holiday. He was very communicative and handled our request —and then some. The place was perfect for our needs especially each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect for our visit for our son’s graduation from ASU. I would absolutely stay here again or at another of Erick’s properties.

Good location, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice pool and fitness center. Apartment is part of a fairly large complex so there will be some details on check-in to find the exact location, but communication and directions were good so it didn't take long to find the exact apartment and parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again!
