Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tempe

Good location in Tempe, a couple miles from the university. Really nicely furnished apartment with high ceilings and nice amenities. The only problem is the other residents - trash left everywhere, the common areas smell like dog pee, weed smoke every day in the parking lot. I feel bad complaining about this because everything that is in the control of the Airbnb host is excellent, but the other components do have an impact on your stay.

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

This was definitely one of the best places i’ve stayed in Arizona before! Great place to stay for long trips and met all of our needs perfectly!! Will definitely book again!!

Wonderful place and incredibly well decorated! My husband and I had a great time staying at Tiko’s place. He was very friendly and gave the clearest check in instructions I’ve ever seen from an AirBnB- SO helpful! The apartment is right under the airport flight path so we heard frequent airplanes, but that didn’t bother us at all.

Great place, location, and pool. Easy check in and was even offered ideas of places to go and eat.

I had a wonderful staycation for my birthday at this beautiful Airbnb highly recommend Derek was amazing getting back to me. Answer all my questions with a very fast response. Great amenities and plenty things for you to do. Love how they provided snacks for their guest. Great parking good location to hang out downtown.

Awesome place! Greeting immediately and welcomed to the home. Provided breakfast the next morning and half of the fridge! Loved the pool. Bathroom was pristine and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again!

What a great place to stay! We had 3 kids with us, and the pool and inside games were great to have! The house was clean, as was the pool. Lots of room for 8 of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. We loved staying here!

John Paul’s home in Tempe is absolutely beautiful! The listing photos are spot-on and truly reflect how the house looks in person. The exterior is just as lovely, with a clean driveway, charming walkway, and a peaceful neighborhood vibe. I especially loved that the park is right across the street—such a nice bonus! Inside, the home is bright and welcoming. The kitchen is stunning and offers a great view of the backyard and pool area. Speaking of the pool—it was warm, clean, and even had floaties ready to go! It’s the perfect setup for relaxing or having fun. Although I only stayed one night, I genuinely wish I could’ve stayed longer. The master bedroom’s bathroom was luxurious and such a highlight of the space. John Paul was an amazing host—super kind and accommodating. He gave us access to the garage and was very understanding when I accidentally brought my pet after forgetting to mention it. He even waived the pet fee since I had already paid. Extremely beautiful home. Honestly better than the photos, so clean, has everything you need, instructions and recommendations. We didn’t want to leave. Pool was clean, comfortable and so much fun. Great neighborhood that was very quiet and still very close to many things.

This was such a great place to stay for the several days we were in Arizona. The house was beautiful inside and rooms were perfect! Everything was clean and included all amenities needed for a perfect couple day getaway for our family! The pool was great, so very relaxing and always the perfect temperature for those hot June days in Tempe. We want to thank our host so much, this was the perfect place to stay! Our daughter was at a USA Swimming Camp at ASU and this was the perfect place for us to stay while she trained!

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to campus, which was super convenient for my visit. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was excellent with communication—quick to respond and very helpful throughout the stay. My husband and I stayed in Evelyn’s unit for 2 nights when my niece graduated from ASU. It is such a convenient location and Evelyn was a great host with prompt communication. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels, soap, pillows, blankets and plenty of things in the kitchen. We totally felt at home and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

Our stay was great and Erick accommodated a very specific request from us that required him going above and beyond on a holiday. He was very communicative and handled our request —and then some. The place was perfect for our needs especially each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect for our visit for our son’s graduation from ASU. I would absolutely stay here again or at another of Erick’s properties.

The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.

Good location, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice pool and fitness center. Apartment is part of a fairly large complex so there will be some details on check-in to find the exact location, but communication and directions were good so it didn't take long to find the exact apartment and parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again!
