Are you looking for peace and quiet in the countryside and still want to be on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin in 35 minutes or in Potsdam in 20 minutes? Then you've come to the right place in our new apartment in Schäpe. The small village has no through traffic. The area invites you to hike and cycle or you can enjoy the tranquility on the large terrace with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Arriving by car is definitely recommended. Many animals such as horses, cats and chickens live here

Quiet and cozy apartment with fireplace & terrace

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Cozy apartment on historic 4-sided courtyard

In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

Our newly renovated and modernly furnished cottage is perfect as a relaxing oasis for couples or families with and without a dog who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city without driving far. With a large fenced natural garden, it is the perfect private retreat in nature. The small village has 2 restaurants, a riding stable and is located in the water bird sanctuary. Relax by the cozy fireplace.
