This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Vacation home in the lake district - children welcome

Small vacation home (60 sqm) in Werder. Ideal for families and nature lovers. Quietly located on the edge of the field - only 500 m away as the crow flies from a forest lake with a sandy beach. The swimming areas of Glindow, Petzow and Werder are accessible by bike. 8 km away is the Spargelhof Klaistow with petting zoo, playground, climbing park and wildlife enclosure. Worthwhile excursion destinations include the artists' village of Ferch or Caputh. In Werder you can rent a boat or raft or explore the Havelseen by boat.

Modern bungalow with direct lake access and fireplace

Experience an idyllic retreat near Berlin with direct access to the private jetty on the small Zeschsee – perfect for those looking for peace and nature. The charming bungalow, inconspicuous from the outside, offers modern comforts on 50 m²: a tiled stove for cozy evenings, a fully automatic coffee machine for the perfect start to the day, dishwasher, barbecue and fire bowl as well as a terrace with dining area – all to make your stay unforgettable. There is also a small rowing boat ready.

Summer on the beach - winter by the fireplace

The "Kranichhof" is only a few minutes from the swimming lake in the old village. There is a big orchard and horse paddocks. The spacious, 90 square meter loft apartment is located on the first floor of an old converted and expanded farmhouse. It has one big bedroom, shower and tub bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV reading area, desk, dining area, extra sofa bed and large balcony terrace. Pet only on request, €15/day

Studio with balcony and direct view to the river

Modern studio in the center of Berlin, directly on the Spree. New and comfortably furnished: Direct view of the river with sunset, bathroom with walk-in shower, fitted kitchen, exposed concrete, oak parquet flooring, balcony, TV. Towels and bed linen in hotel quality. Basic supplies of coffee, condensed milk, spices are available. Please note: Check-in and check-out times are binding. Changes can only be agreed in advance in exceptional cases.

Apartment "little getaway"(not for big people)

On the island of Werder, in the main house, there is a small fisherman's or fruit grower's house, our small but nice apartment. Small refers to the size of the guests. For those over 1.85 m, you should duck your head a little at the doorways. The apartment is in the attic. As a state-recognized resort, the town of Werder charges a €2.00 spa fee per night, per person. This is due in advance. I will contact you about this. No PETS allowed.

Large and colorful + sauna

We rolled up our sleeves again and made the over 80 m² Melkerwohnung apartment on the upper floor of our residential building fit. It was important to us to use existing historical furniture and components, as well as the use of natural building materials: lime plaster, wood from our own forest, wood fiber insulation panels, linseed oil, wooden windows... The result is a spacious wellness apartment with some surprises.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

Surrounded by an extensive, lush garden, this small paradise offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation or short break away from everyday stress. You are a 2-minute walk from the beautiful, crystal-clear Plessower Lake. Finally, peace... You only hear natural sounds, water birds, frogs, foxes and hedgehogs.
