Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tellico Plains

Very private location. Peaceful getaway. Not so far from town that running to the grocery is a chore, nor too far from great hikes. Our medium sized dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and we all sunbathed on the deck. Will stay again!

The perfect place to recharge and relax! Beautiful and cozy home with everything you need! So many special touches that we greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the back patio and also making cozy fires in the evenings! We want to come back and stay longer next time!

This house is exactly as described. Very rustic and peaceful location. Everything you need is here. Plenty of rare antiques inside the house that gives it charm. The host was very responsive. Very friendly and she put in a lot of effort in maintaining her home. We loved everything about it including the second floor. House is very close to town and just a drive away from many state parks and good restaurants along with grocery stores. If you are into the outdoors then this is the place for you. Very affordable last minute and the outside of the home is very well kept. Only downside is just 1 bathroom but we knew that while booking. I would book this location again in a heartbeat.

This home is absolutely beautiful!! Don’t let the pictures fool you, it’s bigger than it seems. So cozy and private. We had a wonderful stay here!

Joan's place had everything! I've stayed at over 65 Airbnbs and this was definitely in the top 3. if you have the luck of finding it's available, just book it!

Susan’s place was clean and a great fit for 2 couples and a couple doggos. Bathrooms were great, as was the huge walk in closet in the king bedroom. Luggage stands were very helpful as well. We would definitely stay again and recommend. The only down side for us was the driveway was a bit small for two full size pickups and neither would fit in the garage. But we parked in the street and the guys in the other side of the duplex said they didn’t mind it so all was well. Great stay.

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Very unique place with more fresh eggs than you can eat and take home. Steve meets you when you arrive which nice to meet the host who is full of information and recommendations. We felt very much at home there. The location is central to the most beautiful water falls and hiking trails in North Georgia. I think we could live there. Can't wait to go back.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Maryville, TN. The location was easy to find. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

This cute little downstairs apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip! It’s a great space for two people to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We spent our mornings on the porch swing drinking coffee and at night would head into town to eat at the recommended restaurants. The place was cute, homey, and had amazing views of the mountains!

We booked this airbnb because we were rafting on the Ocoee. We were 5 minutes from Cherokee Rafting, our outfitter of choice, so very convenient. Our group was very comfortable and had plenty of space with 2 bedrooms. We used the kitchenette to prepare some simple meals and chose to eat out our dinners in Cleveland- 20 minutes away. We enjoyed sitting by the river in the evening and my husband enjoyed the patio in the morning. The property is well taken care of and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

It was beautiful and it looks like there is a lot to do in the area! Susan also provides a lot of fun opportunities if you want to use the equipment. We were just stopping for the night but might stay again some time in the future it was so nice!!

This is at least my 3rd time visiting David's place. Amazingly peaceful, comfortable, restful spot. I knew I would get the peace I needed. You would never know they are upstairs, unless you wanted to chat. This is a mountainside gem.

The bungalow was perfect. We had an awesome view and we did get to see some bears up close. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Close by to all the attractions & restaurants on the strip! Close and easy to get to Dollywood. The condo was quiet, clean, & safe. It felt cozy and homey.

Matt’s place is always our go-to for our trips to Gatlinburg. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else, always very clean and a very comfortable environment. He is always responsive and helpful with anything we’ve asked. We couldn’t ask for a better host.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was smooth and clear from the beginning—check-in instructions were easy to follow, and everything was just as described. The place itself was perfect: clean, cozy, and very comfortable. We really felt at home! Just a small note for future improvements: the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, and it would’ve been super helpful to have an extra mirror outside the bathroom—especially for us ladies doing hair and makeup while someone else is using the shower 😊 Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d absolutely love to stay here again. We enjoyed our stay here and in Pigeon Forge. The best part was the porch and the view! The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed to cook any meals we wanted. Lots of space and reliable internet too for a class we needed to be online for. Very close to things but still felt peaceful because of the location off of the main road and porch facing west for sunsets. We pointed out a few things to the host that could use a little TLC for cleaning, checking and stocking and he was very responsive. Overall we still gave it 5 stars because it was nice and the price was right too for a short trip.

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.
