I can not express enough how awesome this stay was! It is SO secluded, you would never ever even think it is attached to Anita’s house! It is in a great location and only 15 to 20 minutes from Colorado Springs and Manitou springs. The place was very clean and organized. It has every possible kitchen attachment you may need. I was able to cook a thanksgiving meal for my family of four while staying here. If you are unable to leave due to weather conditions or you would rather stay in. This Air B and B has tons to do! We loved the media room and pool table. We hope to make this an annual trip. Thank you so much Anita, this was such a wonderful stay for our family. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

We stayed in this apartment for nearly three weeks, and it truly felt like home. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us to bring our cat, and was always quick to respond throughout our stay. This was our first experience in Colorado Springs, and it was a great introduction. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. While the upstairs neighbors were occasionally loud, that wasn’t the host’s fault, and the overall quality of the space more than made up for it. We’re so grateful for a welcoming and smooth stay during a big life transition.

I tried 4 different Housing rentals in the area and Martha’s place was beyond the best. From her very comfortable home and peaceful neighborhood, to having all appliances you could need, this place is 10 out of 10. Enjoy the large TV, the comfortable queen bed, the spotless, and clean smelling home. Thank you, Martha for having such comfortable towels, cotton sheets; which are hard to come by these days. Having a side-by-side washer and dryer is always a fancy luxury, thanks for that! I really hate those stacked connected ones where the washer door can not be lifted all the way. They never clean right.

If I could rate Brenda's place with a million stars, I would. This place was amazing. We came to Colorado (from Buffalo) for a family wedding and stayed with family members in Brenda's house. Roomy, clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. Brenda thought of every detail. Brenda was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Everything was labeled in the kitchen so while cooking I didn't have to keep randomly opening cabinets looking for what I needed. I even took home a few ideas for my own kitchen :) Even though the place is owner-occupied, you would never know it. It was very quiet. The deck, hot tub, and firepit were a beautiful way to relax after running back and forth to the wedding venue for 2 days. Waking up in the morning and stepping out on the deck to see the beautiful Pike's peak was absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home! If you have a date in mind and it's open -- don't hem and haw about it -- because it will be scooped up!

Kristen was a wonderful host! She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and went out of her way to ensure our vacation went smoothly. She was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The apartment was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

place was just like the pictures! very cute and cozy spot :) Kristen was very attentive and helpful with process of check-in and made great recommendations to restaurants/attractions. amenities to place were really nice!

Charissa was nothing short of amazing. We were able to check in early which really helped with our timing. She informed us about traffic delays before our arrival and gave very clear instructions for check in and where to park. The Nest was perfect for the two of us, the bed was super comfortable, the shower was hot, and the room was very clean.

This place was great for our party of 5. Very convenient to downtown, hot tub has a great view of Pikes Peak and the lake. Only thing we didn't like was several people living out of their car on the block, but no issues. Overall great value.

Flexible on our check in. very friendly, help us a lot with giving us directions to few places. the house was very clean and cozy.

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! Terrific location - so close to everything both in Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. We loved the nearby horse farm and also watching deer from the charming upstairs deck. It was a treat to go for my morning run with the trail to Garden of the Gods just up the road. The home itself is so cozy and has everything you need. We had plenty of space for our party of 4 (husband + 2 teens). Home was spotless and so well-equipped. Loved the wine fridge and the snacks/water were much appreciated as we arrived at night and needed a pick-me-up. We were in town to attend our son's graduation at Colorado College and hence were out and about most of the time - this was the perfect place to come back to for rest and only wish we had more "down" time to spend even more time there. Thank you Marcia & Brian - highly recommend!

Austin has thought of everything you might need for your stay. He has put thought, time and creativity into each room and the landscaping. He is a true artist. We had a great time doing the treasure hunt , with a valuable treasure at the end. It is truly a unique Airbnb experience. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the Springs!

Debra's home was perfect for our family getaway from the City! On a beautiful and private property, you feel like you are in the mountains and just a few minutes from I-25! The extra basket of towels and coffee was an extra touch that was appreciated. And the fresh cut wood for the wood burning stove... it was a wonderful stay ❤️

This was me and my girlfriends first time staying at a air bnb and I don't think we could have had a better experience!! It was better than what we expected and it didn't feel like we were staying in someone else's house! It really was cozy and felt like home! The 420 supplies was a nice surprise and being able to have 6 dogs and 4 adults without extra fees, can't beat it!! Sue was very responsive any time I had a question and we loved that she wanted pictures of all the dogs!! We will be staying again yearly!!

This home is fully equipped with all the amenities, with a great location. Great place for our family of 4 and a dog, they thought of everything when making sure things that can be forgotten when traveling was there. Very cleaned and well maintained. It is truly a home away from home with all the extra touches. We will love to come back. it is a gem. This Airbnb was done right and one of the best we stayed at. 👍👍⭐️🙂

Ron was very kind and made clear instructions on how to get in by making a sign with my name on it. The place was super cozy and felt private despite being on the same land as the main house. 10/10, wife loved it
