Great rental and location for a short stay in Victor. Lots of nice touches in the place to make it welcoming. At the peak of summer heat, we did have a hard time cooling it off in the evenings, but there are ceiling fans in both rooms and a floor fan.

Kimmy’s cottage was the perfect space of relaxation to end our Colorado travels with. Very grateful for her patience through our last minute booking and appreciated Jesh and Dawg welcoming us to the property as we arrived. The space was cute, clean and accommodating. The outdoor private and shared spaces were thoughtfully designed and we really enjoyed use of the hot tub. Would highly recommend Kimmy and Jesh as hosts!

Amazing doesn’t come close to describing our stay! We loved it, and Lara was very communicative always there when we had questions! We had a lot of fun playing horse shoe and putting the puzzles together, we plan on coming back and definitely recommend staying here!

I had an amazing experience staying here! The views were absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the mountains each morning was amazing. The host was equally amazing: welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Perfect stay for my little family. Close to the city but felt tucked away with a nice view from the deck. Comfortable with all the modern conveniences with easy access to nearby hiking and outdoor activities.

We loved our stay here! Exactly as advertised in the listing. It is close to so many fantastic trailheads within 15 minutes of Manitou and Colorado Springs. Recommendations were provided for many fun activities within Green Mountain Falls and the surrounding areas! The owners were also very responsive and replied promptly. The only issue we ran into was a lack of an oven, but the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools we may have needed.

This place was fantastic. I appreciated all the attention to detail. The bed was extremely comfy. I felt safe and relaxed. The town itself is quite small but you are very close to everything you might need in Manitou and Woodland Park and if your intent is to enjoy nature, there are multiple trails that are close, at least one that is within walking distance. The host was hyper responsive, especially when the unit lost power (a very infrequent occurrence as I understand). I’m very thankful for such a beautiful place to unwind.

Sandra was an amazing host and her place was amazing as well! beautiful views with a nice hot tub on the deck. The town was close to a lot of hikes as well as state parks. Sandra was also very responsive and also recommended Stauton State Park, which was our favorite spot of the whole trip.

I have stayed in vacation homes around the world, and Casa Colorado is one of the best. If there were a rating above super host, I would give it. As well as providing a comfortable, cozy retreat in a beautiful setting, Brian and Franka also provide very thoughtful things, such as very specific directions, a snack basket, chocolates by the bed, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hair straightener, fan, and noise machine. When the hair dryer quit working, Franka was quick to provide a replacement. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as we had our morning coffee and a few meals outside. The hot tub was a fabulous treat after busy days sightseeing and hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at peaceful, serene Casa Colorado and definitely plan to stay there again.

The Hillside Hideout was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! It was just what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate our honeymoon! We had many incredible adventures as it was close to so many beautiful places. The stay was perfect from start to finish and Tiffany and Irvin thought of every detail to make us feel right at home. They supplied the home with so many useful items incase they were forgotten and even some food items which was beyond nice. We would highly recommend this cute cozy place to anyone!

If you stay at Cheri's place, be warned, you might never want to leave! The apartment was beautiful, so clean and thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items, coffee, bubbly waters, lots of towels, not to mention a washer/dryer in the unit. Possibly our very best airbnb experience yet! Cheri was so kind and sweet and extremely flexible when I kept changing the reservation. We loved the area where Cheri's airbnb is located and the outside sitting area was private and offered amazing views. We will definitely be back!

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday trip and it did not disappoint. The location of the bnb is so close to downtown where there is so much to do. Jacque was an amazing host and was very diligent about checking in on us and making sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend staying here.
