My family and I have been to Charly's accommodation twice and we love it. We will keep coming back because the location is privileged, just a few steps from the sea. The beach is very good and the new pool is fantastic for our children. Also, Charly is very warm and friendly, and made us feel at home. The only thing I recommend is to bring everything for the kitchen. I mean cooking oil, napkins, coffee, trash bags, etc. because there is nothing like that. Otherwise, everything was excellent. We highly recommend this nice accommodation 👌🏻

One of the best houses we’ve stayed in. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and parks. An hour drive to the beach, cenotes & ruins. It was perfect for a 4 night stay - wish we’d have had more time.

The house is as shown in the photos. Because of the season we went, we had the pool totally to ourselves. At the entrance they provide you with trolleys to take your luggage and things to the villas. There is no noise. It is steps from the beach. The beach club was almost empty. In high season it must be fuller and I feel that it is very small for all the villas but everything was very pleasant. In front of the condominium there is a restaurant that opens every day where you eat very well and at a good price. If you are looking to get away from everything and be in a quiet place, it is an excellent option. The house has everything you need. We had a very pleasant vacation and we will definitely return.

What an incredible stay! The house is exactly as described- directly on the sea. Every morning it was calm as glass until 11:30a- could walk 60+ft out to a sandbar. It’s a small beach but you can walk along the coast to collect shells/look at the other beach homes. AC is only wall units in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms- it was warm in the afternoon or when cooking. The upstairs unit couldn’t keep up so we slept downstairs instead. But nothing to worry about. Spending each sunset on the rooftop was our highlight. And the pool when it was windy in the afternoon! Add 2 cholorine tablets daily to keep the water blue. Chelem is a tiny charming town. Chedraui in Merida and Progreso are best for groceries. Try Pescadería Cristo Rey IN Chelem- there is a Cristo Rey in Chuburna but it’s not as good. Plan for takeout- we had the best camarones ceviche and pescado frito. Also book a trip to Isla Los Columpios, ojo de agua, and Playa los Carbonaras! We already want to come back!!

The place looks EXACTLY like the pictures. It was an absolutely beautiful and incredible place to stay!!! The neighborhood is also very quiet, and we had no problem parking our rental car on the street out front. We were during a VERY hot week, and were exceptionally grateful for the pool and the air conditioning. The location is definitely walkable to the downtown restaurants and shops, but it is also very, very cheap to Uber within Centro. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and gave us some great recommendations! 10/10 would recommend, we'd love to stay here again!!!!

A wonderful house, out of the way, great facilities, slightly odd (but unthreatening) neghborhood. Excellent chef and masseuse recommendations. Though pool cleaned once weekly, becsuse of gulls would have preferred a working filter system. Glad there was no television; it enhanced the peaceful nature of our stay. I’d definitely return!

We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

Excellent place to stay, the place was super clean when you arrive, José gives you all kinds of information so you can move to different parts of the city, the bedroom was very comfortable and had all the services available to us, there are also many places nearby to eat and buy things if you want to cook. It's the best choice to stay in this place

The place was very nice, very quiet, everything was excellent, the only bad thing was that the electricity failed us, but we had a solution at the time outside. Everything was excellent. And we also realized that in the evenings the light goes down a little bit.

A beautiful place on the beach with everything you need to get away from the world and rest. Everything in the house is impeccable and super comfortable. Brett is an excellent host who is always attentive and responds kindly. For breakfast, you can order from Café France and you will have a very rich and abundant breakfast.

The place is very nice and Shauna is a very attentive host, she is available whenever you need her with an excellent attitude, in short I would stay in her apartment again. The place is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Beautiful place, very quiet to rest; everything of excellent taste and quality. All services worked perfectly. I went for an open water competition and being able to rest so peacefully was the best. The beach is very close, you can see it when you enter the street. If you arrive at night, there is street lighting. To get to know the villages, you need transportation, but there is a market 5 minutes away that is really well-stocked, and a go-mart very close to there that sells very tasty hamburgers. It's a great place to visit.

The place is very nice, clean and functional, A/C in both rooms. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. It is just a few steps from the beach, although I personally did not like that beach because it was very small, the water almost reaches the buildings that are on the shore and that are in ruins. But the tourist area of beaches is 5 minutes away by car. Overall, very satisfied.

Rox has always been attentive since we booked, during and at the departure of the property. Everything is very careful in the apartment as seen in the photos. I highly recommend her apartment. Great attention and amazing place!
