Very nice apartment, in a super good location. Very comfortable, with the advantage of being able to walk to downtown Valdivia, Feria Fluvial, Parque Saval, etc. in just a few minutes. Close to very good restaurants. Totally recommended!

Beautiful apartment, with everything accurate for 2 people. A little far but if you don't want to get out by car because of the excessive traffic, a micro arrives from the center to very close to the apartment.

We stayed in this apartment and it was an excellent experience. It has a beautiful view, just like in the photos, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Our stay at Fabian's condo was wonderful! Fabian is so responsive through messaging. He allowed us to check in at 10 am (!!) and also let us have a late check out. The restaurants nearby are delicious (especially Mercato), and it was so nice to be a block or two from the University. His home is just like the pictures. Having Fabian be able to respond immediately to all our questions is really what made the stay perfect. Oh, the coffeehouse connected to the condo building is awesome and has long hours! The attention of Mrs. Lili exelente... we use almost only for sleeping and that we always ate outside.. but she has everything to cook. It has a slow-burning wood-burning boiler and an electric one.. that to keep in mind for those who are very friolentos..otherwise it is more than good.! Good location and comfortable.!

The beautiful cabin, with a spectacular view of the river and the island of Mancera. A really comfortable and beautiful place to stay, Mabel and her husband were a 10 as hosts, they helped us with everything we needed. Upon arrival they waited for us with the stove on, so the cabin was very pleasant. We also enjoyed a day of tinaja that they gave us and it was wonderful. We went in a small car and had no problems with the road, it is in excellent condition. In short, 100% recommended if you want to disconnect, enjoy nature and a good view☺️.

This place has a perfect location. Very convenient. Javier is nice host. In the room you will find refrigerator, microwave, electrical kettle, coffee, tea. This room is light and warm ( middle of March). The bed was cozy.

Apartment small but with what you need for a quiet stay. Loida is very friendly and with excellent disposition, they have a common space to smoke to those we do. We could go to the center on foot as it is relatively close 15 min and 20 from the coast.
