We loved the place and its surroundings, very quiet and cozy. The cabin was tidy and clean. The host is excellent, friendly, proactive, and concerned with all the details.

This was a very nice find - a two-storey cabana with a lovely upper terrace and a spectacular view of the Pacific. Even though located right at the through street along the coast, it was quiet at night. The interior of the cabin was in very good shape, with an excellent and large bathroom, nice kitchen and a little wood stove (if the temperature makes it necessary). Beds were good, and everything was well cleaned and properly kept. Parking right at the house was a plus, and we definitely enjoyed the company of the four little terriers and the large and very friendly shepherd mix. While we were a bit unfortunate with the weather (Feb 24th, and it was drizzling), the cabana made up for it, as it was large enough to spend some time indoors.

The attention of Mrs. Lili exelente... we use almost only for sleeping and that we always ate outside.. but she has everything to cook. The stay was perfect. A great view from the whole house and nice spaces for recreation, especially if you go with children (ping-pong table and pool). In addition, Marcelo helped us with a logistical problem, and was always attentive to any unforeseen events. We would definitely come back!

The apartment is located in a quiet place but two blocks from the shopping and three blocks from the waterfront. We left the car parked in the garage and walked smoothly. Nearby are panaderias, bars, malls, supermarkets, everything. Everything was clean and neat. It has a small balcony with a view of the river and we have a lot of it. Super comfortable beds, spacious and illuminated dosrmitiors. On the 13th floor there is a terrace where we were able to defrite from the articial fires of La noche valdivinana and the boat parade. Pia is very friendly and serivicial. The building has concierge serivico 7*24, making it super safe. A pleasure and AN excellent choice

The apartment is comfortable, it has a great location 10 minutes from the waterfront. Access is easy and has exclusive parking stall. Many thanks to the host for the instructions given the check-in was super quick

Karina's place is located in a quiet location, without bustle and relatively close to the rio calle-calle, great place to go for a walk in the afternoon, plus there was quite business close to the place. The only place for us was the furniture where the clean cut was, solely because the furniture inside was dirty and we had to clean it. But otherwise everything was super good, Karina was super flexible and kind to us, we arrived earlier like 10 in the morning and was kind enough to receive our things while my partner and I touristed, then I let us know when the place is vacated to arrive, everything is very pleasant and satisfactory. Also that there is quite locomoción nearby to get everywhere in Valdivia.

The cabin is in a place with a unique view and has everything you need to have a great stay. Jenny was always very attentive to everything we needed and gave us information about activities in Valdivia. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, same as the photos posted, super well located, everything was within walking distance, with many cafes around, the coastal area nearby, we even went walking to the botanical garden and the Saval park on Isla Teja. Luis is a super host, always attentive to our inquiries, we really felt at home, totally recommended, we will definitely return
