The house with two apartments is a short stone's throw from the beach and swimming area with cliffs and docks. This listing refers to the lower apartment of the house. The hiking trail starts directly outside the gate and you can hike into the mountains or between the villages on Orust. In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyllic place. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. A lake cabin built in 2023 for 4 people located right at the water's edge with your own dock, swimming ladder and boat place for in-depth boat. From living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.
